I agree - and I will be asking Daniel about this when I meet him at the London conference in 2 weeks time.$500 per week is an absolute disgrace.

Apart from their very low cash-out limits, everything else about this group is perfectly OK, one of the best RTG operators IMHO.

i am confused. i recall reading somewhere that both win palace and slots jungle were bordering on rogueness and suddenly it seems they are like saints. i had deposityed several times at wp in the past but no cashout so have no experience on whether they pay.
$700 a week is ridiculous. I wouldnt touch this group with a 10ft pole.

Okay. If these guys pay I will have to give them a try.
Happy to take 200% bonuses even if RTP is set at 91%. I have been playing Aussie land based pokies with no bonuses for years and they are set at 86%.![]()
RTP for my play is definitely at 91%. no features on my play at diamond dozen and triple twister despite min bets and effectively wiped out my whole bankroll and that included a 150% bonus.

I think this casino group is terrible and should be avoided at all costs. Its bordering on rogue in my opinion and doesnt deserve free publicity on CM.
Why is it fair that the only way to get paid is to contact the casino rep and exert pressure via the CM forum when the average punter doesn't and gets totally screwed over as a result ?

$500 a week, thats a great deal. I wonder if i can get a sign up bonus? (Obv Sarcasm) I deposit $500 a time. Their terms are such a joke. How is a group of casinos like that in business? And better yet why would someone even play there?

Even further......why on earth would affiliates promote them to players that trust them to point them in the right direction.
Players should wake up and vote with their feet. I have no doubt that they would start paying a lot quicker if their deposits went downhill.
Yes its a personal choice, but IMO the old "well at least they pay" chestnut isnt good enough in 2011.
Fair point.
I wonder how it will all work out in 2012.
Probable that only the those casino's who do pay out quickly will survive in these hard times.
Could go the other way though.
With everyone feeling the squeeze this might just lead to an increase in online gambling as a desperate means of making money. It's common over here for those on social and low incomes to spend there money on scratch cards and lottery tickets as a way out. There are lots of Europeans in the shite now.
Would hate to see these people get ripped off from the rogues.
It will indeed be interesting to see if WinPalace is still around this time next year.

Will be very interested in his response if he gives you one. Have been on the receiving end of this weekly limit a few times ' due to my class '. As I have previously stated it does not particularly bother me too much as long as I know I will be paid however I am starting to change my opinion about this the more I think about it. The power of a forum and debate.
What reason would they set a limit on withdrawals. Not a good business model.
Yes, I can see why it's disgraceful and I am changing my opinion.
Well at least you do recognise that I do warn visitors to my site that this group have relatively low weekly cash-out limits.FYI KK is a paid advertiser of this group and, unfortunately, seems to be overlooking some glaring anti-player policies that they have. I know he has been against deliberate stalling etc from other casinos in the past, so I'm bewildered as to why he thinks its ok here. I have no personal gripe with KK BTW, as he should know, but in this case I think he's hanging his hat on this group and I'm not sure it is doing his reputation any good, which is a shame. I've used his links many times, and I know he clearly states the bad terms they have, but sometimes all people see are the bonus details.

some players are low-rollers and would be delighted to win even as much as $500
They are a low level casino group but survive due to the fact they pay but drag out waiting for other deposits.
, complained that the casino is tight and delays payments.12k paid in 3k installments.
This group of casinos do not have the rtg progressives.
- There is another thread running regarding if "RTG accredited casinos should remain accredited, etc" . Yes, for some of the players, we pay lower amounts. Yes, we don't pay within 24/48 hours. we say from the start that at Slotsjungle you will be paid in x bussiness days, at CasinoTitan in x days, etc, and we do pay according to these time frames. No excuses about the processing, the wires or someone else taking the money. You won't hear us say that "We truly meant to pay within 24hours, but something happened...". You always receive our payments in the time frame that we state in our Terms--no exceptions.Yes its a personal choice, but IMO the old "well at least they pay" chestnut isnt good enough in 2011.
Yes, indeed. KK is our partner and a paid advertiser. But, this forum is also not built on charity. It's a business. (and very respectful i might add).FYI KK is a paid advertiser of this group
I hope it will be similar to 2011. We are between the top groups in the markets that we are focused on. You can see us on almost every site online. All this was accomplished in less than 3 years and we compete with programs that have been online for many years. I hope that we will continue to do the same and better.I wonder how it will all work out in 2012.

Hi,
I'll address some of the topics:
1. First of all: this specific thread was dead for a very long time before a player who won , complained that the casino is tight and delays payments.
2.
Having or not having progressive slots is simply a business decision. We tested it with Winpalace for over half a year and found it not profitable, that's all.

To sum things up: We are not perfect! I fully agree. I would really like our cashouts to become faster. We have begun to improve this, but it's still not enough. I would also like us to pay in 24h. It takes time. We are still in a middle of a rapid growing process.
Hope that we will get there in 2012
Daniel
FYI - Slots Jungle has an indefinite withdrawal delay. "They are trying hard to fix it."

Withdrawal made 12/15(thurs) Approved 12/19 (monday) received today 12/22(thurs)
1 week from withdrawal request(including weekend)
not bad in my opinion.
Thanks Slots Jungle![]()
