Is this designated as a low roller casino? What if I am a low roller and raise my bet for a spin or hit a random and win $5000.00? Should I be happy I get $500. (90% of people will play a portion of it back if not all waiting 3 months to get paid) Are people allowed to deposit more than $500 at a time? Do they have random, jackpots that get in the thousands? Sorry for all the questions. I have never played there and Obv never will. It just seems so absurd these cashout rules. Could this be a semi Ponzi scheme? Take lots of money and then pay it back in small payments. Oh sorry last question, do they have the standard RTG betting amounts up to $100.00?

This group of casinos do not have the rtg progressives. Imo they have similar model to virtual casinos , eg large coupon bonuses etc but they will pay winners. Only $500 week suggests improper funding and cash flow limitations. They are a low level casino group but survive due to the fact they pay but drag out waiting for other deposits. It's basically the same thing coolcat and group do,but slots jungle is more consistent with pay schedule.

I would say they survive pretty well with the cashout limit. Then they even make more when someone who wins plays back there balance rather than waiting weeks to get paid. I am sure that they get a few large deposits also from people that are not aware of the terms. Good structure for the casino to make plenty of $$$.

    Hi,

I'll address some of the topics:

    1. First of all: this specific thread was dead for a very long time before a player who won

Having or not having progressive slots is simply a business decision. We tested it with Winpalace for over half a year and found it not profitable, that's all.

Yes its a personal choice, but IMO the old "well at least they pay" chestnut isnt good enough in 2011.
    - There is another thread running regarding if "RTG accredited casinos should remain accredited, etc" . Yes, for some of the players, we pay lower amounts. Yes, we don't pay within 24/48 hours. we say from the start that at Slotsjungle you will be paid in x bussiness days, at CasinoTitan in x days, etc, and we do pay according to these time frames. No excuses about the processing, the wires or someone else taking the money. You won't hear us say that "We truly meant to pay within 24hours, but something happened...". You always receive our payments in the time frame that we state in our Terms--no exceptions.

I hope it will be similar to 2011. We are between the top groups in the markets that we are focused on. You can see us on almost every site online. All this was accomplished in less than 3 years and we compete with programs that have been online for many years. I hope that we will continue to do the same and better.

To sum things up: We are not perfect! I fully agree. I would really like our cashouts to become faster. We have begun to improve this, but it's still not enough. I would also like us to pay in 24h. It takes time. We are still in a middle of a rapid growing process.

Hope that we will get there in 2012

Daniel --- what is the current timeline for payouts? You are not clear in your post above. Let's assume that I am already approved for withdrawals confirmed by your support staff that all docs are in order.

    If I request a w/d today:

How long before it is approved?

How long from approval to money arriving at my bank (for wire/ACH)?

How long from approval if a check is requested?

    Thanks,
    Diane

    Hi,

SlotsJungle it is up to 4 days, CasinoTitan it is up to 6 days and Winpalace it is up to 10 days.

The number is the longest period for the cashout.

    Best regards,
    Daniel

FYI - Slots Jungle has an indefinite withdrawal delay. "They are trying hard to fix it."

Thanks, footdr. I am still waiting on one approved 12/8. Good to know somebody is getting paid. Maybe there is hope!

Why are you having to wait so long? Maybe you should contact the Rep here, Daniel. But if it was your first withdrawal and documents needed approved that might have delayed things. When was the wire approved and did you send the fax back form and all requested ID?
