I'll address some of the topics:
1. First of all: this specific thread was dead for a very long time before a player who won , complained that the casino is tight and delays payments.

Having or not having progressive slots is simply a business decision. We tested it with Winpalace for over half a year and found it not profitable, that's all.

RTG accredited casinos should remain accredited, etc" . Yes, for some of the players, we pay lower amounts. Yes, we don't pay within 24/48 hours. we say from the start that at Slotsjungle you will be paid in x bussiness days, at CasinoTitan in x days, etc, and
we do pay according to these time frames. No excuses about the processing, the wires or someone else taking the money. You won't hear us say that "We truly meant to pay within 24hours, but something happened...". You always receive our payments in the time frame that we state in our Terms--no exceptions.
5. Yes, indeed. KK is our partner and a paid advertiser. But, this forum is also not built on charity. It's a business. (and very respectful i might add).
4. I hope it will be similar to 2011. We are between the top groups in the markets that we are focused on. You can see us on almost every site online. All this was accomplished in less than 3 years and we compete with programs that have been online for many years. I hope that we will continue to do the same and better.
To sum things up: We are not perfect! I fully agree. I would really like our cashouts to become faster. We have begun to improve this, but it's still not enough. I would also like us to pay in 24h. It takes time. We are still in a middle of a rapid growing process.
