    Smile Question for advantage players

I used to be a professional gambler, and I did it all online and did very well for six years until UIGEA killed it.

Since then I basically gave up on that idea since it became so difficult to transfer money back and forth. But recently I have begun getting bonus offers from one casino in particular that is very reputable and I managed to win some there, and I got paid in a timely fashion.

My question is for any of you who consider yourselves advantage players. Are there still legitimate opportunities out there worth playing? Most of the T&C I've seen are egregious but I still see the occasional offer that is worth it. Mostly I am worried about getting money back and forth though (being that I live in America).

I have a QuickTender account and that seems to work. Anybody know more about them and why they work for Americans when no one else does? Seems shady in some way. They're also very expensive.

I'm curious about everyone's thoughts on bonus play and the ease of transferring funds to and from America. I'm kinda scared to dip my toe back in.

I only really play if I can get +100%.

It has been my experience that the casinos don't really mind.
    I haven't had a problem yet.
If your getting about 100.5% it is no big deal, I think anyway.

If you carefully steak out casinos you will find that if you include in all the comps/bonuses you should be able to get over 100%.

Video poker traditionally has the largest %.

I have found that a better comp point program is better than bonuses.

The casinos don't really lose out that much on advantage players. It is in essence a 50/50 proposition anyway.

It is mainly the type of people who play to win the SuBs that they dislike.

But don't be surprised if you get persecuted a little bit.
I have seen online casinos that dont include VP players in comp programs etc.
If you look around you should easily find an online casino that offers ~101%.
I have found several. The painful part is learning about their comps/bonuses/promos as the casinos often only offer vague explanations on how they work. I find that I have to join up and play for awhile before I can calculate all the extras in.

    gl its hard work!

edit: re-reading OPs post I think he is more talking about winning bonuses. I think this wouldnt fall under the heading of advantage play but rather playing for bonuses. If you are talking about bonus hunting or something, be prepared for confiscated winnings and lots of arguements with the casino.

Thanks a lot for the detailed response.

When I say advantage play I am talking about bonuses, in all their flavors. The wagering requirements have gotten so steep that in many cases you cannot profit from them.

I'm certainly aware of how casinos can react to bonus abusers, but in the past I haven't had many problems because I always played more than was required and often placed big bets which they probably don't expect of bonus abusers (most people would grind it out).

I'm more worried about getting money back and forth though. Especially if I had a large win I would be concerned about actually receiving the money in a reasonably timely fashion.

Is anybody in America having success with anything other than QuickTender? They are so expensive.

The whole scene seems so sketchy now for American players.

I have a few tips for you plock. But better it is if you ask the dudes at beating bonuses as they are the pros.

    1. After fulfiling WR, bet a little bit over the WR.
This way the cannot accuse you of meeting the WR dead on.
(I would suggest somewhere between 1c-$5 depending.)

    2. Play a little bit of slots.
This way they cannot accuse you of going in with some kind of strategy to snag their bonus.
(I would suggest 1-5 spins at minimum wager depending.)

    3. When communicating with casino act like a fool who is new and doesn't know anything.
This isn't hard because 99% of the time they think everyone who plays at their casino is a stupid fool.

Used in conjunction the casino will have a hard case against you.

Sends without affiliate tags too. Players who use BB knows perfectly well what the risks are. The high risk casinos are lower on the list even if their bonuses would support a higher ranking.

There are also warnings against casinos accredited here.

For plok my advice would be to forget about it, the casinos which accepts US players are the ones most likely to cause trouble.

That's probably because the site caters for the caliber of players that are able to weigh the risks vs. rewards, so they don't need any sort of dumbing down. Some of my best results have come from casinos that carry warning labels with them.
