i have made a deposit today in king neptnues casino, that its part of belle rock entertainment, however, contacting the live chat it was something different......., after that i verify here that the name of the casino is not here, and is part of belle rock entertainement

it is something different between this casino and the others of the same group?

King Neptune's was part of Trident Lounge, an independent group until July 2008 when they were bought by Bellerock.
Maybe they are still run by the original support staff and it was just a change of ownership...?

Well, players at King Neptunes were told that the casino will be fully integrated into the main BelleRock stable. This was 2 years ago, and it still hasn't happened.

It has some promotional similarities with BelleRock, but also some differences.

BelleRock terms have been rendered ambiguous because many offers are "once within the BelleRock group", but the ambiguity kicks in because whether or not this includes King Neptunes is not clear.
