Has anyone got promotions at tropica casino?

I think there is an error as my £25 cashout is not logged anymore in my history and all promos are gone.

Is this recently chboogies?

I just checked my GMX mail account and found three emails.

First email said my withdrawal was being processed which is strange as the withdrawal has not been pending for a day.

Second email said my cashout has been reversed and if I didn't do this to contact support.

Third email said that they needed fax back docs which is strange as I have already sent them twice before, last time I sent them was only last month around 6 November.

I can see that my withdrawal was canceled but the £25 is not in my account.

I'll just have to send docs in again.

I made a cashout on a free chip, and they never requested documents:rolleyes: But after that request, i've never gotten any promos from them again:eek2:

This happened about 10 days ago - before they processed my cashout they did request my documents and i was paid but no more promos.

I think I haven't even signed up at a new rival casino since 6 November.

If someones using my info to sign up new accounts, this is going to cause me big problems I reckon.

Bullshit. IP addresses are dynamic. They probably DO have more than one player who had that IP address at some other time.

The REAL reason is that they don't want to pay out on a free chip, but you have not actually broken any of the PUBLISHED terms.

More likely, you have a "negative value" on the Rival ratings system, and since they don't want your custom in any case, why bother paying you the £25.

Rival have not learned a thing, they are going to "crash and burn" because they will lose the trust of players. They are ALREADY having problems convincing reputable affiliates to stick with them, because when players get screwed, they can "chew out" the affiliate that referred them, and affiliates find that this affects THEIR reputation, and they make less money from the other casino properties they promote, as well as little money from the Rival properties.
 
I lost all trust in Rival months ago. I dont care how good their bonuses are they are just a big no go for me. They are run by too many unscrupulous operators who have no qualms about not paying players.

Maybe they belong to OTHER PLAYERS then, ones who just happen to live near you, and use the same exchange and ISP for their internet.

They are ACCUSING YOU OF FRAUD, because they are refusing to pay because they have convinced themselves that YOU created these accounts with fake details.
 
Now every time these other players sign up to a Rival casino that I have an account with I won't get paid.

Surely there has to be another solution to this as this will affect everyone eventually.

It's a perfect get out clause for Rival casinos.
 
This same thing happened to me at Always Vegas....I think I made one deposit or used a free chip and then the account was locked. I contacted to Rep here and he said there was a woman in another state that had used my computer. Now, I have Verizon Broadband (the mobile internet) so I am using it from Florida to Cali to Washington to Maine. I explained this and supposedly they were looking in to it. If I had held my breath I would have been dead. He told me it would be in my best interest not to deposit until this was straightened out. I took it to mean any of the Rivals could pull the "you have multiple accounts" scheme and I would be screwed. I quit playing Rivals. I only play the many,many free chips from Tropica, Vegas Regal and once in a while Vanguard. I consider it "play money". I don't gamble with my money at ANY Rivals anymore and won't unless they are bought out by someone reputable. I'm assuming that's when Hell will freeze:lolup:

I have been accused of fraud and been found guilty and sentenced by the prosecution after a half ass'd case where they stopped when I looked guilty and didn't follow threw to the end. They have not closed my account or even have me blacklisted from all other rival casinos. Which should be part of my punishment, so when I find the time I will hand myself over to the Rival gaming company.

Isn't there something called "common sense", or is it really a case of "computer says no", and they believe it.

Tell all the other Rival casinos they will not be seeing any deposits from you after this insane accusation until they tell you EXACTLY what is going on, and fix it, and give you a "pardon" IN WRITING.

Maybe this is just complete bullshite, used when players use "too many free chips" and they just don't want to pay out when they end up winning. Why can't they just be honest and NOT offer such vast numbers of free chips to anybody who will play them.

People tend to forget that despite all this white label shyt, there are a few decent independent Rival operations out there. (Slotocash,Spartan Slots,Box24, Black Diamond)
About the same scenario as RTG has, 99% total crap and 1% good ones.
