I just checked my GMX mail account and found three emails.
First email said my withdrawal was being processed which is strange as the withdrawal has not been pending for a day.
Second email said my cashout has been reversed and if I didn't do this to contact support.
Third email said that they needed fax back docs which is strange as I have already sent them twice before, last time I sent them was only last month around 6 November.
I can see that my withdrawal was canceled but the £25 is not in my account.
I'll just have to send docs in again.

I was getting worried that I signed up two accounts at one rival casino years back by accident.
But apparently the latest reply from support says I have three accounts with them.

This same thing happened to me at Always Vegas....I think I made one deposit or used a free chip and then the account was locked. I contacted to Rep here and he said there was a woman in another state that had used my computer. Now, I have Verizon Broadband (the mobile internet) so I am using it from Florida to Cali to Washington to Maine. I explained this and supposedly they were looking in to it. If I had held my breath I would have been dead. He told me it would be in my best interest not to deposit until this was straightened out. I took it to mean any of the Rivals could pull the "you have multiple accounts" scheme and I would be screwed. I quit playing Rivals. I only play the many,many free chips from Tropica, Vegas Regal and once in a while Vanguard. I consider it "play money". I don't gamble with my money at ANY Rivals anymore and won't unless they are bought out by someone reputable. I'm assuming that's when Hell will freeze
I can't say anything else on this thread as Tropica support is not replying to my emails.
I have been accused of fraud and been found guilty and sentenced by the prosecution after a half ass'd case where they stopped when I looked guilty and didn't follow threw to the end. They have not closed my account or even have me blacklisted from all other rival casinos. Which should be part of my punishment, so when I find the time I will hand myself over to the Rival gaming company.
People tend to forget that despite all this white label shyt, there are a few decent independent Rival operations out there.
