    hi all/PLATINUM PLAY

hi all. found your site and thought it was very informative. i have a question though. i was recently playing at Platinum Play and i deposited $100. i went through that and decided to put in $40 more. i won a bit and thought i would withdraw $50. i played some more and lost so i put back the $50 i withdrew. after a while of playing i actually won some money and the next thing i know the casino security wanted some info, i.e. drivers license/phone bill/credit card info. so i made pics, (pdf) of the info and sent it to them. then they needed the infor made clearer so i did that. then they wanted the infor sent to them in jpeg format instead of pdf so i downloaded a program and did that. ive been locked out of Platinum Play for about a month now. i called the number of Platinum Play in canada and the rep said that i should recieve an email the following day. he also said there is a security charge. that was 2 weeks ago and still no email or infor about why i was locked out. i asked them what else i needed to do i.e. passport photo etc to prove who i was and no reply. if anyone can help my acct number for Platinum Play is: *snip*. I dont think i did anything wrong and i had played through the amount of bets i had to in order to withdraw some money. i have all the emails Platinum sent me. any help would be GREATLY appreciated. THANK YOU!!!! wayne

Wayne, go to the top and look for I-gaming forum reps. Click on it, look for your casino and click to send a PM. I believe that PP is a part of Fortune Lounge, maybe? Anyways, send a heads up to them, if you do not get things straightened out then look up PAB (pitch a bitch) here on the site and go from there.

Hopefully you will find satisfaction from the rep.

Keep a low profile and do not post about it, that will make your chances of getting satisfaction much greater.

Fortune Lounge are a stand-up group, so I am sure there is more to this story than the OP
    has mentioned.

Why did he wait a whole month before chasing this up? Most people would have been all over it.

I am certain Wim the Rep here will clear things up.

I think he has spent the month trying to sort this out on his own, but doesn't seem to be getting anywhere.

    It looks like communication problems:-

i called the number of Platinum Play in canada and the rep said that i should recieve an email the following day. he also said there is a security charge. that was 2 weeks ago and still no email or infor about why i was locked out.
This is poor service, and what can cause a minor issue to escalate out of control, which this one is in the process of doing.

Platinum Play is part of Fortune Lounge, so it IS the Fortune Lounge rep you need to contact. If this doesn't get you anywhere, then proceed to PAB.

However, DO NOT POST FURTHER about this issue until either the problem is resolved, or you have submitted a PAB, and a verdict has been delivered.
