It looks like communication problems:-
i called the number of Platinum Play in canada and
the rep said that i should recieve an email the following day. he also said there is a security charge.
that was 2 weeks ago and still no email or infor about why i was locked out.
This is poor service, and what can cause a minor issue to escalate out of control, which this one is in the process of doing.
Platinum Play is part of Fortune Lounge, so it IS the Fortune Lounge rep you need to contact. If this doesn't get you anywhere, then proceed to PAB.
However, DO NOT POST FURTHER about this issue until either the problem is resolved, or you have submitted a PAB, and a verdict has been delivered.
