    Blackdiamond casino Neteller withdrawal

I made my first deposit with these guys and took the 200% match bonus.
I was able to make wagering and cash out a pretty decent sum of $1500 from my $70 deposit.

I sent in my verification documents and got this email response...

Thank you for sending your documents. These have now been accepted and your account has been updated accordingly. Please note that at the moment we are experiencing an internal technical issue with withdrawals via Neteller but we hope to have this sorted as soon as possible and your withdrawal will be processed at the first available time. This may mean your withdrawal may take a few extra working days as a result. We apologise for the inconvenience.
So i guess i'm wondering is this a legitimate problem and is anyone else having delays with their Neteller withdrawals at present or is this just another casino tactic to try and get me to reverse over the weekend?

In all the years i have been playing, the only other time i have had this happen was years ago at another Rival...Paradise8 and from memory, that was a large withdrawal also.

Last time there was a technical issue with Neteller withdrawals, it was due to technically not having enough funds in their account to cover the payouts......hence winners had to technically wait for other players to lose or reverse.

I also remember the delay being several weeks or even months - technically speaking.

It serves as a timely reminder of just how thin the shoestring is with the white label Rivals. its no wonder they are looking for any excuse not to pay.

well to be honest , im done with rival casinos i did have 1 account for each software but its time for me to stay clear from rival & rtg casinos . going to stick with playtech , mg & 3 dice although i did have a nice hit on rtg not long ago , since then i shall say not a sniff funny that, hence to why these accounts have been closed now.

    Thanks for all the replies.

I really hope i do get paid today (friday) because not only do i have a personal rule about not playing at casinos that don't pay within 24-48 hours but i deleted all of my other Rival accounts besides 'Sloto' almost 2 years ago because i just didn't trust them anymore and i rarely play at Sloto anymore either as i just cant win jack poop there...

Also, Sloto basically bonus banned me and all i have to claim are 15 and 20% bonuses because according to them i used too many 100% bonuses that they offered me in the first place...

So think again if you think you have to have a big win and be ahead to be bonus banned here as i am by no means close and i don't think i ever have been.

Depending on the outcome at blackdiamond, i too may hang up my Rival boots and move on, which is a shame as i do like their slots but it's just not worth the headache, i mean if this is the case and i have to wait for some poor other people to lose just so i can get paid, that's horrible.

Online casinos need to pay as fast as they take. Period.

Don't have enough to pay players who win? Don't start an online
    casino hoping to get rich.

Rival is dying. They have numerous diseases. Don't mess around
with any Rivals without wearing a condom.

Made a Moneybookers withdrawal from Black Diamond this Tuesday.
After that 24 hour reversal period it took about one hour to have the money in my Moneybookers account.

    Hi

Apologies for the frustrations, I too would be a bit concerned however:

    1) We are not a White Label Rival and use our own processing systems for player transactions.

    2) The issue is not from our side; unfortunately it is a Neteller tech. issue. We will pay the finds immediately once the issue is resolved as we always do

    3) There are numerous threads about our timely payments, even within a matter of a few hours, so please do not start rumors.

As Mark Twain said, "A lie can get halfway around the world before the truth can even get it's boots on"

    Thanks for your patience.
