How can any Rival casino be listed on the accredited list when they continue to invoke the 5 day rule at their pleasure??? If this is in their T&C's, they should NEVER make the list, IMO!

Third time (different Rival casino) that is invoking this rule..geezes..Today is the 3rd day and they are telling me to try again on Friday (6th day includes Sunday withdrawal day so actually 5th day)

I don't care for that long wait either. Sloto was pretty fast then I moved over to Superior and they took about 3 days I think? It makes no sense to me why it should take so long to process to an online account?

I'm not sure if a casino should not be accredited just for this though. BUT five days (or 8 in your case) is VERY long to wait.

I too am experiencing a longer than normal wait for my withdrawal to be processed, I cashed out on Sunday as well, and I am still waiting. In the past I have been able to cash out and have it back into my web wallet within 24 hours, now I am waiting on 2 cashouts, and today is the 3 business day on both. Situations like this make me think I will be sticking to Slotocash, atleast I know they are fast. Hope you get paid soon, let us know.

My last cash out from a Rival... I withdrew on a Friday night. It was the following Thurs. evening before it landed in QT. And I've been playing there since Rival was the very new kid on the block. I kept thinking they were going to pull the old 'send us docs' routine again, but they didn't ... they just sat on it. And it wasn't much to sit on. LOL

Hiya: Knowing it takes 5 days, and not wanting to be tempted to reverse the cash out, means having another account someplace else to play, "Small", for those 5 days.

imhop; Even if you had $1000, and cashed out $700 of it, you should, "NOT" play that $300 that is left over, until the withdraw you made is in your bank acct. This is easier to do, if you are playing with $100 or so, at some other casino..........

It does suck having the 5 day rule but i prefer it to them stating that cashouts take 2 days and then them taking 3-4-5 days to process it,
at least there honest about it,

Actually, they do state 2-5 days...so they are lying IMO...cause I have NEVER had a withdrawal processed in 2 days or 48 hours with them! If they were honest at all, they would state 5-8 days.

Because then, invoking the 5 day rule would be more on the up and up. Right now, they all lie IMO when the use the 2 day T&C and if they lie, they shouldn't be on the accredited list, period.

But using the 5-8day rule, the players would know what they are getting into and that they shouldn't EXPECT to be paid before the 5th day and if for some crazy reason the player gets paid on the 3rd day or 4th, then that is a gift, but as it is, they just downright lie when stating the 2 days...

Ive probably been lucky as ive only had to wait over the 5 days once and that was when there were processor problems ages ago, but ive always been paid in the time scale stated on the site, maybe some people do get there cashouts in 2 days, hard to say
by stating 2-5 days it gives the casino's a bit of leeway if there are any problems, but when they go over that im like you and get pissed at them :)

I play Rival very often and find the 2-5 day pending time very annoying. To be fair to them I have to say I was often paid into my moneybookers account within one day. On the other hand, I recall last winter when I had 2 pending cashouts over the xmas holidays... "$)("%/)$!"!

The question is - does it simply take this long, or do they DELIBERATELY "sit on" a pending withdrawal and "clock watch" before processing it. The latter is nothing less than "rogue" type behaviour. Customers should receive the best service that is practical to achieve, there should be NO deliberate stalling of ANY kind of service.

For some unknown reason, I went back to play at this Rival..I guess I was looking to be tortured again...haven't been tortured by any casino in a while since I have been paring down all the casinos and somehow slipped up and went back to this one when...( I saw where some were being baptized by fire (accredited)... must have had a senior moment and went against my own good judgement...believing ...(Yes, I am mad at MYSELF)....

I am grateful for the withdrawal...but really not happy at the moment with the casino..will be a long time before I go back again to this one...I am going to have to stop having these darn senior moments I guess...and must stop being enticed so easily...:D

Go to help in messnger and ask them to flush your win. I always do when I win in Rival and it is usually in my quick tender the next day.

Noway, I have every withdrawal in Rival flushed right away and in spite of that they are more and more taking their time. After I requested a withdrawal from Lion Slots last friday there is still no money in my moneybookers. The CR told me in chat that my cashout first had to be approved, which took 2 days and I should be paid by beginning of next week. Hello, thats 11 days for a cashout?!? If they let me wait until next week I will tell them farewell.

It is an absolute disgrace IMO

If SlotoCash can pay me in 6 hours (yes you heard me right), then any other Rival casino can. In fact, ANY casino can....they just choose not to.

Mind you, Rival arent the only offenders. Ive been waiting on a withdrawal via Neteller from Cuba Club Casino since 17/09. The part that concerns me is that it was actually approved within 48 hours, but it has been 5 days since and it hasnt hit NEteller. My experience with RTG is that the funds are sent to Neteller right after approval so something aint right at their end. I actually had trouble with them last month and was paid after 8 days with help from an affiliate contact here - I didnt say anything at the time as I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as they were a new operator etc and Im not in the business of slinging mud without just cause - but it seems someone needs a kick in the pants over there.

Bottom line is that anything more than 48 hours from request to E-wallet is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Vote with your feet people or the message wont get through! Remember, operators who do this arent interested in making you (the customer) happy, they are only interested in you playing it all back. What they dont consider is that it doesnt drive loyalty in the long term, and I know because the casinos that pay the quickest get the lions share of my gambling budget.

It would be great if SlotPower would come into line with SlotoCash (GreedyGirl....??) as they have some good management people on board...but 2-5 days doesnt cut the mustard IMO.

Very well stated, Nifty. Plus, when a casino withholds the funds and delays a payment, I become stubborn and there is noway to reverse because I wont reward their nonfairness towards the player.

What in ....s name are up with Rival casinos these days? Have they all become complete crooks?

I have had a withdrawal pending from a Rival Casino since the 17th of September now. That is 7 businessdays!

I contacted the support today, and the chat was just shocking as the chat representative flat out lied to my face.

I will not reveal the name of the casino yet, as I don't want to risk not getting paid by them.

    Here is the log

First off he lies about the documents. That is utterly bullshitt as I sent in my documents and had them verified before the 4th of September, and I had 3 withdrawals completed AFTER that. I mean, WTF kind of lame excuse is that? He then goes on to say that withdrawals are not processed at the end of the week?? I have had withdrawals paid out from the same casino on a friday before!!

It really made me furious, but I did not want to start a fight. I just pray on my knees that I will receive my cashout as it is for almos $2000.

Just irritates the crap out of me, they take your money so easily when you loose, but when you finally hit those 3 wilds on Scary Rich or what not, then it is a hassle beyond words to get paid whats rightfully yours...

I have also had a withdrawal pending from Vanguard Casino for just as long, they have however not started to lie to me yet, so I still got my hopes up for that one.

It is just a shame really, as I love the Rival games, but if this is the norm of treating players of Rival powered casinos, my visit with them will become a short one...

Oooops, I hope that there are not major issues with the rivals. In my case its 3 pending cashouts in 3 rival casinos, altogether more than 1K bucks, so we are in a similar position. Lets hope for the best

My understanding of the 2-5 day rule is that they probably process withdrawals say only once per week so suppose they only process cashouts on Wednesdays and you initiate a withdrawal on a Thursday then it takes 5 business days for it to be processed. That's not good but at least it is a reason. Now they seem to think it is their divine right to hold the customers' funds for 5 full days irrespective of when the cashout was requested. Just because the banking section states that cashouts are processed in 2-5 days it does not mean that they should take the max. The behavior is definitely rouguish.

    Nifty,

Cuba Club is connected to Lucky Slots (both use Cuba Club casino in my ecocard transactions) and it does seem that they are taking longer and longer to pay. Previously, it was 3 days then 5 and recently slightly more than a week. Within 48 hours of a withdrawal request the pending status turns to approved yet the money is not transferred to your account until you contact their withdrawals department. I had to do this for my last 2 cashouts. They do pay but it is taking longer and longer. Currently, I am awaiting a cashout of about $500 so I expect to be able to get it in October although it's already approved in the cashier. Sour grapes though because I just got bonus-banned by them for winning many times in succession on their promos. How could I not with 70% cashable bonus and only 1x WR.

This sounds worrying. Most of the Rivals are connected to 2 main groups, so if a large number of Rivals start taking progressively longer and longer to pay it indicates cashflow problems. This is NOT necessarily the case with a NEW operator though, it could merely indicate teething troubles.

The established Rivals have had a long time to get their payment processing sorted out, and if anything the operation should be getting slicker with time (faster & more efficient). This sharp slowdown from around 48 hours, through the 5 days mentioned as the MAXIMUM in the terms, and beyond looks like they are struggling more and more to get cash in the correct merchant accounts or bank accounts in order to process payments. Players who query delays are being fobbed off with excuses designed to buy time. Telling a player nothing will happen over a weekend makes them allow an extra 3 days before they consider their funds are late, and pretending they were awaiting documents buys an awful lot of time, especially since the usual trick is to NOT tell the player they are awaiting documents until the PLAYER asks where the withdrawal is. They have thus already bought the time the player patiently waited before complaining, PLUS the normal time taken since once they accept they were mistaken and documents had already been approved, they will say the clock starts all over again with another 5 days to wait.

Slotocash is NOT part of the two main groups running the Rivals, it is a stand alone operator, and does it's own thing, and invariably it does this BETTER than the other Rival casinos.

I contacted the live chat another time and now i am beginning to become really annoyed with their excuses. I hope its ok to paste the chat here:

info: You are now chatting with 'Ray'
Ray: Welcome to XXXX Slots Live Support. How may I assist you?
    Me: Hi
Me: I requested a withdrawal last friday and wasnt paid out
Me: xxxxx / This email is not visible to you.
    Ray: One moment please.
Me: According to the T&C the longest processing lasts 5 business days which already expired yesterday
Ray: We are currently extremely busy. Please be patient I will be with you shortly. I apologize for this delay.
    Ray: Thank you for holding.
Ray: I see that your cash out has been approved on the 21st. It can take 2 to 5 business after approval in order to be processed. Most likely your funds will show up by the beginning of next week.
Me: I requested the cashout on friday the 18th
Me: The funds have to be paid out today and not next week, according to the terms and conditions
Me: Should have already been paid out yesterday, to be accurate
Ray: Note that it has been approved on the 21st.
Me: What is the reason for the delay
    Ray: Workload perhaps.
Me: Where did you find in the terms and conditions anything about an approval period?
Me: I looked it up and its nowhere stated
Me: That means that 2-5 days are already exceeded
Ray: It might not be stated out each pay out request has a processing to go trough and needs to be approved. That is a standard procedure on each cash out.
Me: This is not my first withdrawal, I am a very loyal customer and sometimes I was paid on the very same day of the withdrawal
Me: So it can not be a standard procedure, as you call it
Ray: That might be possible, as every transaction is an apart and different case.
Me: yes that is possible, but as mentioned i am a loyal customer and i did not break any rules, my documents are ok and my account is in good standing
Ray: However we will need to wait until it is processed.
Me: So you could please inform me about the reason of the delay or get me in touch with the relevant department to perform the cashout
Me: Sorry, this is simply not acceptable from the players point of view
Ray: I did provide you with the accurate and relevant info already on when you should expect your funds.
Me: The casino can not simply come up with new rules which are not even stated on the website
Me: THe casino expects from the player to stick to every single rule and term and has to stick to them as well
Me: The accurate and relevant info is that the player has to be paid out within 5 days and this didnt happen in this case
Ray: So we can argue about this the whole day, but you will receive your cash out when it is completely processed.

Bottom line is that the CS come up with this kind of lame excuse in order to gain time (extremely busy, approval time and so on). Seems to indicate a cashflow problem, which I dont hope. Really a pity, but I will most probably switch to play only Sloto in the future.

    Cheers Balky
