    Bodog Life---Nonsense?

Has anyone ever read Bodog Life? It is a Bodog webpage that list some news, sport information and casino information. The part I am referring to is the Casino Winners section. I just find it very hard to believe the list of winners they have month after month. They always have huge winners listed on the video slots. $150k, $70k, $44k and so on. After playing at RTG for a long time I just find it hard to believe all these huge hits. I have personally played Bodog for thousands and thousands and never hit anything. I stopped playing there real quick. I will tell you that this Bo dog life got me chasing wins way too much when I played there. As I now read this Bodog Life winners sections it just seems like such a fairy tale, something mother goose would tell, and the way they describe it is so ridiculous.

"Tom G of TX won 54k combined on crystal waters and cleopatra, and it was so easy for him it was like shooting the broad side of a barn. You have a barn and a gun? then load up your Bodog account and start shooting."

"Fred F of GA woke up, sipped his coffee and racked up 125k in wins before his over easy eggs were even done. So If you eat eggs in the morning you could be next"

These are reenactment's but pretty darn close. They are completly subliminal and will get any gamblers mouth watering. These posts are not a few times a year, but a few times a month. Playing RTG for so long i just cant believe these posts, unless you told me it was some free chip that had max cashout and someone was having fun spinning $100 a spin to get there cahout to the max.

Im with you on this one... BoDog...hahah... what a joke! I've also played there and of all the RTG's, their slots seem to be the tightest. Lack of interesting games. Their generic slots are even worse, Wizards and Witches is boring and is also set so low.

I played that Crystal Waters Slot... I had a RTP beyond normal ... like someone posted before, FS activation versus other Casinos is utterly disappointing.

Well if you can win $1000 on a $1 bet i assume you can win $100,000 on a $100 bet but i for one would never bet like that

Bodog has always had a high number of high rollers. Thats because they can actually afford to pay them and the players know it.
You cant really compare them to any other RTG, even if Bodog isnt really RTG anymore.

Spider do you play there? And if so any other feedback?

I do not doubt that they have high rollers like every other casino, but its hard to determine if they would have more than any other casino. For example I would have to guess that Clubworld Group has more highrollers than Bodog

The point of the post is the questioning of the list of way too many big wins. I do not doubt that people can win big there, but it just seems like too often. We all understand marketing, and understand that you can put anything in writing. Companies in all industries exaggerate information to improve sales. Why would a casino stick to the truth with sales and marketing, while a cell phone company, or automobile company ect...will stretch the truth to bring in prospective buyers?

Never. Cant be even remotely close. Bodog has always been on another level compared to other RTGs.

Bodog is a good site to play at, altough I liked it more when it was the "real" RTG. A good compensation program along with no cashout limits will get you quite far.

    Agree 100% with spider,

They have many more highrollers then any other casino. Some of it is due to the fact that they have many sportsbook players, who after big wins hit there casinos

Ok, But are you just assuming they have more high rollers or do you have some information to say so. I have also thought about the sports book customers like you said. I bet a majority of them play table games.

Just to confirm, the casino software licensed to Bodog brand licensees is no longer accurately described as the “RTG Casino” product. BodogBrand acquired the rights to the RTG Casino source code in early 2007 and since then the product has been significantly enhanced and has undergone continuous development. Today, the casino platform licensed to the Bodog brand licensees is effectively a wholly proprietary product.

    Thanks,

You have no comment on the OP's post about the frequent huge winners at your casino?
