I'm not even sure things are so good for KK right now. Haven't seen him bragging about it so much recently
I haven't had a decent run since about Jan/Feb this year. Despite plenty of withdrawals, it has been a steady decline due to the lack of a substantial winning session.
I have noticed that the level of bonuses has decreased markedly, and the prizes for promotions have fallen compared with prizes for similar promotions in the past.
For example, JF scoreboard top prizes used to regularly reach $2000 - $2500 for first place. Now the prizes for what is essentially the same challenge is around $1000, even $500 in some cases.

Same here, been a bad bad year but on the bright side for me anyway I just had a great run of luck with Rushmore casino over the weekend, played for days and managed to cash out a little over 1100 from a small deposit. Now if only I can get my authorisation documents approved grrr lol
Providing no problems with payments I have to give them a big thumbs on this one. Did anyone else take advantage of their `columbus week` bonuses?
My only worry was that i used neteller to deposit, and sometimes their a bit funny about bonuses used unless you use a credit card or certain web wallets(like their weekly and weekend promotions) but i checked and rechecked their offer for the columbus, screen shots taken and everything and there was no mention that i couldnt use neteller in this promotion. The neteller sign ws clearly displayed on their promotional page so i assume no problem.
The Neteller issue is why I initially stopped playing there. Later, they were chucked out of the accredited section for bungling their protracted fraud investigation.
The big problem with their policy is that it leaves most non-US players "out in the cold" since the ONLY one of their "preferred methods" available to us is credit card. The problem here is that you have to play in DOLLARS, yet our cards are going to be in Euros or UK pounds. This means we get stung with HUGE additional fees by the card companies, and many now consider gambling deposits as "cash advances" rather than purchases, so not only do we get hit by fees up to 5%, we pay interest at the cash rate from the transaction date, there being NO "interest free" period until the statement date.
The ONLY card I know of that STILL considers gambling a "purchase" is my Barclaycard, but I can only benefit from this if I deposit into a casino denominated in UK Pounds (the currency of my card), else I pay exchange fees, and interest on those fees. The fees are charged both ways too, so if I deposit $1000, and later withdraw $1000 - I am still going to end up DOWN $100+ despite breaking even on my play.
Rushmore need to sort out their differences with Neteller, or find an eWallet that is open to (and trusted by) players outside the US & Canada.
Quicktender doesn't count, even though is seems they WILL accept non-US players by invitation (I got one through a casino).

I haven't spent a dime in over 2 months. I've decided its futile. I do play some freebies and tournaments from time to time, but all that does is show me reasons why I should NOT deposit and make me glad I saved my own money. I did turn $50 into $800 at my land based casino a couple days ago.
Not so much now. I STILL get "carried away" from time to time, but this has only resulted in me losing back modest winnings. By "modest", I mean under £2000
As you can see, do this 5 times and "modest" easily becomes close to a £10K difference in overall position compared to cashing out straight away after even a "modest" short term gain. Of course, had I been luckier (as was the case last year), the £10K could have become £20K by playing on rather than cashing out earlier.
MGS is like this, very streaky indeed. Last year I could do nothing wrong, however indisciplined my play, it was handsomely rewarded. Indiscipline THIS year has been PUNISHED.
This week, I was up £100 & £200 at two casinos, and managed to keep it. At a third, I was looking at another £300 modest gain, but getting "carried away" trying to improve the week's overall result meant £300 up ended up being over £1000 DOWN by the time I cashed out my balance. The gains at the other two were wiped out.
The casinos must LOVE me(

You do realize we in the US could only join by invite also? Or maybe it was just me.![]()
