You know on the games like Texan Tycoon or Achilles or the one with the monkeys, when you get 3 or more scatters and you pick one to reveal the number of spins, does it matter which one you pick? Or is the amount of spins set as soon as you hit the scatters so it doesn't matter which you choose?
When you get free spins on some of the other games - Tiger's Treasure or Big Shot for example - it gives you a predetermined amount of spins. I'm wondering if the other games do too, and the whole idea of letting you pick is just to make you feel like you have an input.
I remember reading somewhere once that if you're in a 'pick' feature, and it shows the amounts you didn't pick after you've made your choice, then it's not predetermined - like the little blade thingies on Hitman for instance. If you make your choice and it doesn't show the other amounts, then it IS predetermined - you're going to get the amount you're going to get no matter what you pick. An example of that would be like the gold idol feature in Tomb Raider.
I don't know if that's for real or not, but it kind of makes sense. But that's for $ amounts, not for the # of free spins, so it might not apply anyhow.
I'm just wondering if anyone knows?
