Hi all, newbie "rightguy" here, thanks for all your info and efforts to date.

UK Casino Club: I'm asking for your help because I can't understand their bonus arrangement.

I expected to play 20x on deposit plus bonus. Instead, they gave me a separate "bonus account" which, supposedly, would give credits to my real account in an unspecified manner.

I called the casino to clarify how the bonus account works. They were completely vague and refused to be pinned down. I asked them a number of defining questions and they continued to be vague.

My Question: "How much will I need to wager in my bonus account in order to free up the full bonus?" Their Answer: "The more you wager, the more you'll receive." My Question: "What is the formula? Is it based on amounts wagered?" Answer: There is no formula that I can tell you.

Actual play: I deposited $100, which created $100 in my bonus account. I wagered $5280 in my bonus account, which released only $20.98 to my main account i.e. available for withdrawal.

Is this a fair deal? Maybe there is something I do not understand. If so, please enlighten me.

As far as I can understand, you've got to wager 20x on the ( 20.98 + 100) in your real account in order that you can cashin.

Just let you know, I deposited a $100 (or $200, can't remember) 2 months ago. At that time this bonus system was already implemented BUT policy not yet updated on the web site as it is now. I sent several emails to support to understand how it worked. I asked for my money refunded but no reply. Later I just play the accounts hopelessly and never came back.

This group is the only casino group I am being screwed up as I always look at the terms and condition and search messageboard for some hints on the casinos before I register.

ftg: Sounds a lot like Golden Reef Casino that has been blacklisted on some other sites!Here's a quote from Onlineblackguide.com
