    Silver Oak no pay :(

Well, I knew it was a rogue after reading all the comments on here and seeing it in the rogue pit. I had deposited about 50.00 bucks on there and claimed a no deposit bonus recently which I played for countless hours to clear. They had me send all my documents to them before they would alloe me to cash out. I was approved and then waited 48 hours and finally just found I will not be paid and my winnings have been confiscated. Apparently I had claimed 2 no deposit bonus's and you are only allowed to claim one, even though they emailed me the bonus code and i accepted it. You can not use 2 no deposit bonus codes without depositing in between. SCAM.. Oh well lesson learned. I had only deposited 50.00 on there previously and i knew they wouldn't really pay me out anyways.

Staying within the boundaries of being nice, there is not much to say about this one. Hope you learned your lesson.

Actually, I claimed a no deposit bonus code there and lost it. I got another email with another
ND bonus code from Sliver Oak and contacted CS. They told me the same exact thing as quoted
in bold from your statement above. This rule they have is also in the bonus rules section as well,
    so it isn't hidden.

I didn't want to make a deposit there just to claim another ND bonus code,
based on the fact that I didn't trust the casino enough to want to make a deposit there.

Pokerdan, be careful next time and don't hop-scotch off the beaten path into the cemetery
where the evil rogue casinos lurk. Stick with the accredited ones... Near the rainbow.

Please can you clarify; did you deposit AFTER reading the comments & seeing the casino in the rogue pit, or before?

Whether the term is in the rules or not, the casino must have the power to block any coupons which players are not entitled to. I wonder why they don't do that...

I deposited money before reading the rogue posts, and later claimed a no deposit bonus after finding out they were a rogue company. Once I cleared the bonus they said i could not cash out until my documents were sent to them. After they approved my documents I waited over 48 hours and they never processed my withdrawal. I contacted customer service and was told that I could not get the money because I claimed 2 no deposit bonus without making a deposit in between. I don't feel like commenting anymore about this place, it is a waste of time

It's a trick to trap the unwary. Even if they are not able to block this in the software, they ARE sending out the lures by email, and are NOT making it clear IN THE EMAIL that players have to deposit in between.

Things can get worse though, all FUTURE winnings can be confiscated because you ONCE took two no-deposit chips in succession, even if YEARS ago.

When it was Crystal Palace, they had another trick. They would secretly lock an account you hadn't played at in a while, NOT tell you, and then confiscate winnings because you cannot be paid "if you have a locked account at any sister casino".

It would not surprise me to find the new owners have inherited this trick.
