Firstly, I would like to say that this forum is a great place to learn about online casinos and it has a really very good stuff here,

After my negative experience with InetBet today, I decided to clear some things both for me and other forum members.

After reading about accredited casinos I noticed that most people here like InetBet casino so much. That is why I joined this casino as well.

I joined InetBet in June this year made a couple of deposits with and without bonuses. In August I decided to send them my verification documents. I did not have a cashout there I just wanted my account to be verified in case I make a withdrawal. Playing there occasionally, I never cash out! Yesterday I made a couple of deposits and I won some 50 and I wanted to make a test how fast they will process my withdrawal to neteller. Ok' they send me an email that I need to send them a faxback form, I replied that they already have it, but anyway I send them another one today. I asked when my cashout will be complete they said if documents are in order it will be reviewed on Monday. I also asked in the email about a bonus conditions, but they just ignored my question, responding to me straight without Dear Player, etc.

I of course reversed the 50 and played them just to test the RTP, they were gone in under 10 minutes on minimum 0.20 bets, in turbo. Ok' maybe its not my lucky day haha.. Anyway they even don't have a live chat, even a telephone number. So my question is what makes them so recommended? Is it the fast cashouts only, which I never had the chance to see. In my personal opinion they simply found a reason to delay my withdrawal, they lied about the faxback form, I have a receipt that I have send them all documents in August. It makes me feel that this casino is not customer focused or may be its just me they don't like? Ok' thats it for Inetbet.

I would like also to comment on the casino softwares I like and where I made most cashouts, In my personal online play for about 4 years I would like to rate some casinos and put some in the bin from my computer. This is my personal point of view anyone can have different views, please comment!!

RTG is a pretty entertaining not as much as Microgaming but they are still tryin,, Lol what can I say, in some accredited casinos I have won up to 1000 and the funny thing is that I never cashed out more than 150, The reason, the long verification procedures no weekend cashouts, all the hassle with verification again, I assume they are trying to make it in that way to tempt a player to reverse, which mistakes I quite often do with RTG, and I noticed that some casinos set their RTP very low, also after I meet the wagering many times it looks like they lower the RTP if I decide to reverse all the winnings

Great casino, super fast cashouts, customer focused, but RTP for me is 50% maybe I dont know, I made about £500 in deposits there and about £50 withrawals in a 5 month period. The drawback there was very small and limited bonuses the first welcome was 100% and the highest was 20% since joining.

I have played Playtech before and tried recently, but is it only me who gets the lowest RTP their slots really pay very seldom.

Lol, its a bit of a long story here, I red about the white labeled casinos on the forum Pantasia, Mayan, etc. All I can say about their casinos is that I really trust them also I have made many withdrawals with them, the payment is a slow 5 days for neteller but they actually pay their players afterall. I dont want to comment on their customer support as its poor but its also friendly compared to InetBet. I received all my withdrawals from them and never had a major conflict. Except black diamond casino who are accredited and they just banned me from promotions just because I was on holiday and I played from different country. Made numerous deposits at sloto blackdiamond and the RTP was quite different from my loved white labels,


Microgaming

They were the first casino I tried and won a jackpot on my third play . Lol, all I can say is that Microgaming are the best Or simply my luck is with them.

Why they are better than others? Personally I think because of the following reasons and because I have made some very large cashouts.

1. Games - amazing graphics amazing slots and amazing wins
2. Verification is not always required, if so, fast response etc.
3. Communication - live chat, emails, telephones all 24h.
4. No more than 2 business days for a withdrawal to be processed
5. Very good bonuses and offers.
6. Customer focused

RTG - Too tight, and I don't trust the software; somehow, I feel that the RTP % can be manipulated by the casinos. Could be wrong, but I've seen way too many threads here complaining about the same things that I've noticed (but never brought up on my own). If I am in the mood for RTG, I deposit only at those casinos that payout promptly, i.e., the Club World group, etc.

This mirrors my own experience. I don't take it personally, though - I just think it's super-tight for everyone. If you do hit, you hit really big, and so I do continue playing there maybe once per month. I'd probably play more if the slots were loosened up, but until that happens, I'll keep my play to a minimum, as it's just not fun seeing your balance hit zero in 60 seconds.

Rivals - I don't know what to think. Sloto and the TopAffiliate group are tops with regard to fast payouts, minimum of verification bullshit, and since I enjoy Rival games, I will continue to deposit there. I find the RTP settings on these two casinos is higher than the white labels, so I deposit less frequently on white labels, almost never these days, due to multiple cock-ups and reports of payment delays.

I agree with the OP - Microgaming are slightly better than any other softwares in just about every aspect of the operations. Not the least of which are their very sensible welcome bonuses, and great autoplay on most of their slots.

If I had to pick a worst of the "big, well known" ones I would have to say VTech; Their slots are severely lacking in imagination (if you closed your eyes & hit spin you could NEVER guess which one you are playing) and they have stupid increments on their bet levels.

Okay, so I think I will re-install them and give it another try. After the install, I put in log in info and immediately get a message that I am not allowed to play. Blocked! So, uninstalled them once again.
Sent reply back to Brian at Inetbet, to not email me again.

Don't know if it's just because I'm in the US, but I find it increasingly difficult to feel confident in playing online anywhere.

Software choice for me depend on what I want to play.

Prefer RTG for most VP except for Aces and Faces where microgaming is preferred.
Prefer Micro if playing multihand VP on any game

Like 1 or 2 slots in Playtech and have done OK with there BJ and VP.

Slots I like the RTG's but very high variance and very tight of late- Micro slots good for the sheer variety.

Rival- have never had a good experience so deleted all rival accts.

3 Dice find the slots interesting but have continous disconnection problems to the point of being unplayable.

Never mentioned much but the old Grand virtual software used to pay me nicely on VP on 4OAK's (OK lets not resurrect the no royal flush at GV arguments). A couple of interesting slots as well ,

UPDATE: INetBet must be on their toes here. My above post was observed and I was contacted almost immediately for my account login, so they could look into me being blocked. The situation is now taken care of, so no problems if I want to give them a test again.

It is the money Inet pays to those who advertise them that makes them so recommended. But nothing else I think. I had the exact same experiences at iNet bet. Once I won 200$ on a 10$ free chip, or it was even my own deposit, I wanted to cash out, sent docs, asked if they were accepted, because I had no reply at all, an I had no reply even after that, and the same happened as in your case, reversed the cash out, and loose everything... Maybe several days later I got a reply, can't recall exactly, but who cares...

The payout was also very bad most of the time I played there, I almost never hit a bonus or freespin round, most of the money I won was on lucky blackjack hands. For me they are a 'never visit again'.

Maybe when you are their affiliate, you watch them through another lense, one that gives a nice picture, who knows

Rival = Simply downhill, always been slow payouts, a tendancy of doing well with a bonus until you are near WR then it becomes tight and if I play with my own cash its always tight games

The Bad: No instant live chat support, email communication is slipping with emails not responded to or responded to in a generic way, play seems tight, unknown person responds on this board without identifying themselves.
