Which Casino went out of their way?

Hiya. Happy birthday. I kind of assume a casino decides if it s worth the bother. I guess they would need a Calander, and upon registration, add the name/email to the date on the calander that is a players birthday. Each day, "someone" would look at the calander to see how many peoples birthday it is, and send out the Birthday E mail.

Either some casino's do not deem this important, or just are not verry good at keeping up with it, or only do it for, "Selective" players, based on their value to the casino. I hope a couple of casino reps chime in with their thoughts/procedures on this topic.

First of all Happy Birthday

To be honest since about march I have had trouble depositing as I do not have an ewallet and my usual method stopped being an option (gift cards). So I didn't expect much from any casino.
My Bday was back in July and I was surprised at who did and who didn't send me a chip. I used to deposit at the CW's a lot and none of them did at all.
Jackpot Capitol (who I have deposited less with) sent me a VERY nice chip, I was really amazed.

Which reminds me I did not say thank you at the time, so TY Jackpot Capitol!

So far I have been pretty disappointed in my birthday bonuses. The only casino that gave me anything decent was Intertops with a free $50.

All Slots USA, which is my other main casino gave me a whopping 20 free spins on Break da Bank Again where I won a whopping $2.25. I honestly am quite insulted by this.

Still waiting to see if Jackpot Capital or Grande Vegas come through with anything.

My Bday was monday last week and got mainly the same response.

haven't deposited at 3dice in months but they gave me a very nice free chip and bday wish, so i have started depositing there again the last few days.

Also got 50 free spins from gowild, a cheezy 100% match bonus from 32RED where i play a ton, thousands and thousands of dollars.(figured i'd get something better than that)

nothings from party casino, inetbet, casino titan or bet365 where i also play.

Lets name and shame the worst ones:

Sad... It's your Birthday and YOU must deposit...

Gone are the days where there used to be a decent chip for players... Ofcourse your chips are dependant on deposits... but things seem to be REALLY tight for them to want you to deposit on your birthday... lol

The One day a player really looks forward to after spending an arm and a leg at a Casino and you dont get a simple wish or even a small goodwill gesture..
