None. The US laws are such that no-one would risk it, so they are all offshore. However, there is legislation being muted that would provide a regulatory framework and which would also insist that an online casino with a licence to operate in the US would also need to have a presence in the US, so that may change in time.

World Poker Tour is based in the US (Los Angeles), but they don't take US bets. There are a few parimutuel betting companies based in the US that take US players, but betting on dogs and horses is pretty damn boring unless you're at the track itself. I wouldn't consider this a casino

No. However, it is interesting to note, that when former Nevada Govener Kenny Guinn made it Illegal to Gamble On Line in Nevada, he put in an Exclusion.................

"Any, Licensed Casino, in the State could have set up Internet Operations if they wanted to". And as you see, they did not............

They just decided it was easier to make more money by tighting up the slots, getting rid of single zero Roulette, and make 90% of all BJ games 6/5 instead of 3/2...

I never give a second thought to where a casino is actually based. As long as they don't have a bad reputation I wouldn't care if they were operating from the moon!

Hiya: Well KK, this time i have to disagree. I, "based on many years on different vegas/gambling message boards", and others, think it matters a lot. The #1 complaint about On Line Casino's, is, 'I got ripped off", in one way or the other.

I have Never heard of anyone accusing a Brick & Mortar Casino, "Well known ones", of ripping anyone off? You never hear that the dealer stacked the deck, and thats why i lost 9 hands in a row in BJ. or, There is NO Winning symbol on the 3rd reel on this slot machine, or that there is a magnet on the Roulette Wheel making the ball land where they want it to........

There is also No one saying, "I used my visa inside the casino to get chips, and they overcharged me, or i got less chips than i paid for, or I Won, and they refused to pay me, and the like.................

So, imhop, If a Land based Casino, located in America, went On Line, they would automaticly be percieved as Honest. This would give then an immediate Customer base, and Affiliates would be waiting in line to join up to promote them.

Like you, I could care less where a Casino is Located. except in this case. If the MGM Grand, "who's On Line venture failed on the isle of Mann", went On Line from Las Vegas, i would sign up and deposit just because of Who they are, and where they are Located. This is from an expierienced player, so just think what a novice player would be thinking, or what the nay sayers, "all On Line casino's are a rip off" would have to say?

Absolutely!
But that doesn't automatically mean any NOT based in the USA are dishonest.
That was the point I was trying to make.

Hiya: Nash, NO, it is not just single deck games, but multiple deck games as well. Mid deck entry, "in multiple deck games", that used to be allowed at most places, is hardly ever allowed anywhere now. Hell, even in multiple deck games, they no longer deal the cards face up anymore either.

I really don't even like BJ that much, but the Casino's here tightening their belts, there are more sections, "table game areas", closed off during the day than ever before. This is almost always the section that has the Roulette tables in it.

Larger casino's on the strip have Mobil casino play now. You can play via a mobil device. inside the casino. ie, while you are at the Pool, or eating, or whatever. The bottom line is that everyone in America missed the boat. "the on line casino boat". So now they are just making excuses to have a reason to start firing missles at everyone elses boat.

Cantor Gaming has signed a deal with the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino to offer mobile gambling services at the Las Vegas property, the third Las Vegas casino to offer the company's gambling devices.

Cantor, a Las Vegas company, makes a small, PDA-like device, called eDeck, allowing gamblers to play table games, video poker and slots away from the gambling floor. Hard Rock customers will be able to use the devices in public areas throughout the property such as bars, restaurants and by the pool.

The device also will contain gambling games developed exclusively for eDeck, including blackjack and baccarat with side bets.

Cantor offers eDeck at the Venetian and M resorts in addition to "in-running" betting, which allows gamblers to bet on live sporting events throughout the game. Prior to this technology, gamblers had to post bets prior to the start of a game.
