    Comeon Casino

    Hi,

    The casino advertise itself as a easy to use casino. I have been trying to make a withdraw and so far unsuccess. First i did send them copy of drivers license and utility bill witch they asked for. Then i asked the live chat customer service to check that i have sent everything they need. He said everything is ok and told me to make withdraw after i receive e-mail that they have aproved my documents. 20 hours later i received e-mail that documents have been aproved and made withdraw. 24 hours later i received e-mail "We had to return funds to your ComeOn account. Your withdrawal could not be processed at the moment, since there was something wrong." So i did contact customer support and now they want screenshot of my bank statement and when i asked why did they not ask this right away from me he could not answer. He said it reads on terms and conditions. Now i have to wait for along time to get my money. The casino advertise itself as easy to use casino but i can assure you it`s not and withdrawing money is hell. I hope that i receive my money someday and this casino is just not trying to cheat me.

    Maybe your bank rejected it, and they want to double check your bank details from those shown on the statement. It is likely that such failures cost them money in fees, so they want to be certain all the details are right before trying again. They may also want to confirm that the account is YOURS, and that you have deposited YOUR money, rather than having used someone else's account. An image of the statement will also check this.

    Although an unwelcome irritant, it should not be hard to comply with such a request.

    Story continues...

    I did receive my withdrawed money after waiting for some. Now i have a new problem with this casino. I did make deposit trough instant banking to comeon.com and it was processed by RBS WorldPay Bibit and i did receive instantly confirmation from RBS WorldPay Bibit that the moneys has been processed and added to my comeon.com account.

    The moneys have been instantly deducted from my bank account and i have been waiting now for 3 days to get my money to my comeon.com account. Again they asked for screenshots from my bank account. Its called instant banking becouse you suppose to get your money right away. I think there are lot of other casinos that works. Do not play on comeon.com.

    Yes, flushing---> when you ask customer support to make a pending withdrawal unavailable for cancelling.
