Slotocash no longer 24 hour cashout?

I cashed out (flushed over the phone) from Slotocash Friday evening, expected to see the payout in my quicktender Saturday morning. Not there; logged into the casino and my withdrawal was showing as a reversible withdrawal.

Contacted customer service and was told that they have a new procedure that even if you flush your account, the withdrawal will show reversible for up to 24 hours. Sounded strange to me-how is it considered flushed, if it's still reversible?

Today the withdrawal is still showing as "processing". Contacted slotocash again and was told that if i have not received it by monday or tuesday to contact cs again.

One of the main reasons i play at sloto is because of their payout times--hope i was given mis-information about the new "flushing" process, and that this is just a fluke,

    Pam

When it comes to Rival I wouldnt be surprised by anything these days.

If the above is true, then Sloto are doing away with the very thing that sets them apart from other Rival operators, which is a huge mistake IMO.

I used to play Rival all the time - I still love the games - but when my business isnt appreciated then I take it somewhere where it will be.

You don't why there is a delay yet. I don't know how quicktender works.
I do know that I am pretty sure that if it was a non us resident who used NETeller the money probably had been in the account a few hours after flushing.

But as I said, I don't know how quicktender works at all.

EDIT: What I do know is that everytime a casino wants to refund to Visa it never works weekends. I guess that this is with click2pay as well.

I have played at sloto since they opened. Withdrawals to quicktender have always been paid within 24 hours,

    Yes I do. :

Contacted customer service and was told that they have a new procedure that even if you flush your account, the withdrawal will show reversible for up to 24 hours.
There is a new policy which makes flushing a waste of time - and that is a change. The OP also states they have always received their WT withdrawals within 24 hours which is a change.

The casino has stated the delay is due to a policy change.

    Hi dcpam39

Please accept my apologies for the delay in your withdrawal. It was an error on our part, accounts thought they had uploaded the payment to QT but hadn't.

Your withdrawal has now been paid. Also support should have contacted accounts to follow up on this and again I apologize for the breakdown in communication. Please provide me with the name of the support rep you spoke with so I can address this issue.

With regards to the new reversal period, it's not something we would have implemented, but unfortunately its system wide. We aim to process withdrawals as quickly as possible so we hope the new reversal period does not have too much of an affect on our members.

    All the best

    Ms Sloto

Thanks very much for your quick response. I spoke with 2 individuals, once yesterday, and once this morning, cannot remember the names, however they were male reps, and not "George", who i have spoken to a couple times in the past. The second time I specifically asked if the rep could contact someone to find out the reason for the delay, and the individual said that "all i know is that it is still processing"

Since I haven't cashed out at Sloto in a while (last cashout was paid within hrs. though) I can't say about them.

However, cashed out at Box 24 yesterday morning and asked for it to be flushed. CS came right back and said that it had been and didn't say anything about not being able to flush. Was paid by them within 2 hrs. Now I didn't go back into my account and look to see if they actually did flush it. Since they paid so quick, didn't make much difference.
