32Red - Why run a promo only for a day???

Why run a promo only for a day??? I played and got an email stating that my TS 2 spins were ready from the TS 2 deposit promo at 32Red, however I was out of town on Saturday when credited, because they work off GMT I would have had to play before 5pm my time, what would hurt leaving the free spins in tact until played, I thing this is cheap!!!

yeah that irk's me too I missed out on alot of Sunday specials (deposit 100 or more a week) get free spins only sunday,WTF??? Sunday isn't gamble day Sunday is family day.

I'm sorry you were not able to redeem your free spins in the time specified.

The thinking behind the expiry was to easily allow the identification of players who qualified for the 'additional bonus free games'. As you may have seen, those who had claimed all 3 offers over the weekend were eligible for an additional 50 spins on the Monday. Adding the spins is a manual process so without the strict expiry, it would mean checking daily to see who had played their unexpired games and qualified.

In hindsight, and with other feedback similar to the problems you experienced, this wasn't the best idea! We will certainly take the valuable feedback on board for future promotions of this kind.

I can see our player support team have already done the correct thing and re-credited the free spins from this promo, but I've taken the liberty of adding some additional TS2 free spins to your account, I hope they bring you luck.

I'm surprised you didn't know this, BUT the software allows the "stacking" of multiple sets of free spins on the same slot. When the player logs on, they will see something like "1 of 2", and when they have played one lot of 50 spins, they will then be presented with the second lot.

An alternative, which might have worked out easier, would have been to credit all the free spins on Monday.

The problem is that there were not even 24 hours available to play these, just 12, and if you were out for those particular 12 hours (or in bed in some timezones), you could never play them.

The mailer didn't have the information that the spins would only last 12 hours from being credited, only the confirmation email had this information, so if you were not able to log in & play, you were probably not going to have read the email either.

Most players would have expected more time, since the norm is to have such offers remain available for a while before expiring, so might have not bothered checking.

If you went out with the family for the Saturday or Sunday afternoon, you would not have been able to play the spins before you left (not credited till midday), and you may not have had the time in the evening, but would have liked to play them the following morning before doing whatever that day had in store.

There may be other players wondering what happend to their spins, and it might put them off taking part in a future promotion of this nature, depriving the casino of up to 150 in deposits from those players the second time around.
