Bonus ban lifted at all Bonne Chance Rivals - anyone else?

Now this is interesting, ever since a mediocre cashout at Irish Luck got me bonus banned at all Bonne Chance Rivals a few years ago, most of the Casinos displayed the ominous 'No Promotions Available' in the bonus section. This didn't include some of the later ones like Tropica and Regal Vegas, who seem to make their own decisions on bonus bans.

It was no great loss, I continued to play at Sloto, then later Black Diamond and Box24, all indi casinos.

I did have one non independant still installed, Slot Power (they had some exclusive games, if I recall), I play here for fun sometimes to test the new games. No idea why. Meaning to click on Sloto on my program list, I clicked one below and started Slot Power. I logged in just to look around and saw the bonuses were active again.

Just to add, I've not been playing and losing at these white lables at all, not since I got banned. I didn't ask to be taken off the ban list either. I don't think I've deposited in any of them since that spat with that tit of a rep from rockbet (RE: bonus bans and having to send in signed pictures of myself holding up passports, what am I? Elvis? Thank you very much...)

I downloaded Pantasia and Irish Luck just to check and it seems I'm unbanned across the database.

Considering the problems with white lables, you think they are trying to claw us back? Desperation? New, more reasonable policies? (ok stop laughing at the last one).

No doubt a Rival rep will be right along to fill us in. As you know, Rival are renouned for the transparency of their operation and freely offer all the information you could ever wish for. LOL.

A couple of yrs. ago, in 2008 ~ I was cut-off from any bonus at all the Bonne Chance casinos.
I had been a Loyal depositing player from the beginning when they all first started and never won and/or cashed out anything.... until I got lucky and started on a very nice winning streak.
In fact, it all started when I won a $1500 Vegas trip at This Is Vegas.
After that, I was on fire!

But, then... all of the sudden I was not VIP and was not eligible for any promos.
That was not very nice, considering that most of my large winnings were not generated from any bonus funds, as I played a lot of video poker that was an excluded game with pretty much all of their bonuses offered.
I kinda' lost that~ "I won" feeling after accusations about having a particular "playing style", whatever that was really supposed to mean.

Oh... and, then - OMG... they were with the "processor" delay thing with withdrawals... waiting, literally over a month for winnings.
One casino mgr., said that since I had cashouts across the system - I was causing them confusion and that was causing a longer delay... whatever.

I stopped playing at all of them, except for SLOTO'.


*All of the sudden, a couple of weeks ago, I got an email from one of the Bonne Chance casinos, with some bonus offers.
I checked a few other accts. out of curiosity and sure enough, I am now "bonus eligible".
Too bad they were not very nice to me.... not really interested inthem anymore.

I have promotions available again at Vegas Regal (only one I checked). Must be about 10-15 of them. Was banned in May.

So do this mean they are getting desperate or what?

Vegas Regal seem ignore the list.

This was something Nicolas Johnson said when he was aff.man. for them as well.

I have checked some white labels today and I have promotions at Dendera, Rockbet(Not Vegas Days..the sister) and Tropica besides VRC.

No change of policy then, still the old stupid one of banning players for the "crime" of being lucky, rather than accepting "it happens", but is balanced out by all the "unlucky" players who are funding the winners.

It looks like they applied a "factory reset" to their database, but it is still running the same policy.

This could be to lure back all those players who quit because of the silly and "secret" policies regarding "player class".

If they are lured back, and WIN, it seems they are quickly bonus banned again.


The stupidity even extends to questioning a player's "playing style" when they play WITHOUT bonuses. This is the same as questioning the integrity of their software, suggesting that the games are not only excluded from bonus play because they can be used by advantage players, but that advantage players even have an advantage when NOT using bonuses by playing these games in a certain manner. This is complete bullshit, just as those "guaranteed winning roulette systems" are complete bovine manure.

I made $154 profit from a bonus at Vegas Sky which I withdrew last week. This followed totally blowing out on the 3 bonuses before that with a total loss of $600. When I checked yesterday to see if the 8 or so offers I had before I withdrew were still there and found the dreaded "No promotions available" message.

But it gets worse; I went looking for bonuses at other Rivals and found the same message at Box 24 - despite the fact I have only played there twice before, bust out both times (the last being in March) AND they are not supposed you use the central "bonus ban" database!

I am not a happy chappy.

I had high hopes for Box 24 but when I signed up there were bonuses showing but I could never claim them. Then they disappeared. I deposited (with no bonus) lost it in 10 minutes but still nothing. I guess they get uninstalled too

I checked the remaining Rivals hoping the ban would be lifted but zilch
The only Rivals offering me a bonus are Sloto and Tropica, I tossed the rest to the curb.

Looks like Box24 is not so independent after all. Maybe they never were, as many so called "independent" Rivals turned out to be these white labels.

It is also possible that Box24 has also bailed, and Bonne Chance have taken it back.

Now it seems ANY cashout, even when players have lost far more than they have won, is enough to get a total promotions ban.

Rival have adopted a suicidal policy, since EVERY player cashes out occasionally, even the ones with deep pockets and little self control.

Although I play often without bonuses, I WILL uninstall a casino that puts me into the "promotion abuser" player class by withdrawing all the promotions, because there will ALWAYS be other casinos willing to replace them.

This is why the likes of Club World, Spin Palace, Ruby Fortune, Roxy Palace, Prime have all been long ago uninstalled, and I have replaced them with other offerings, like Red Flush, who have now trousered most of the winnings I had from the former, who didn't seem interested in trying for the "long term" outcome where the house eventually wins.

However well I have done at individual casinos, overall, the house has won.

With Rival, it seems you get bonus banned after the first cashout, so better make it a GOOD one, and "abuse" the offers to the best of your ability until you get it, since you will only ever get to beat one of them.

There are some casinos that are PERMANENTLY installed on my PC, since however well I have done, I have NEVER been bonus banned just for having a big cashout once in a while, even when I have ended up well ahead over the life of my account.
