Anyone else think Desparate Housewives Bingo is going downhill?

i have been playing there, for about three years,...during that time i asked to find out how much i've played, vs how much i won.
THey told me yesterday, almost 9K i spent, and i've only been able to cash out, 1925.00.
they have a policy , that to cash out you must win 12 times what you bet, so if you bet 25.00, you need to win 300.00 to cash out.
I just spent about 300. there this weekend,...and not a win anywhere.
The most i ever got up to on the slots, was 99.00 and you cannot cash that out.
the bingo games, are about two or three dollars, mostly bingo bucks..
I doubt i will be going back they make me feel like they've ripped me off big time
I see people who have come in there the first week and won a big jackpot
I haven't won a jack pot since i've been playing there.

It makes me feel like a sucker.
Anyone else have bad experiences there? thanks

yes i haven't run into a casino that wants me to bet 12x my deposite only
    [because you didn't mention a bonus ]

or is this some sort of hybrid term were say you bet .50 cents from your
starting bank roll of $25$ to go forward to cash $6$ on that specific bet
while leaving the rest of the roll in a different account
if so way to f;ed for me

hard to get positive off the OP

If you deposit, fifty dollars, then you'd have to 'win' twelve times what you originally deposited, ...meaningn that you'd probably have to win 600.00 to withdraw.

I was told, that i had to win over three hundred, when i depositied 25.00.
that would be twelve times 25.00

    how horrible!

Do they have this rule of 12x your deposit needing to be wagered? You would think this would have been posted before now, as I have seen them around for some time.

I know Microgamming prior to splitting for the US version, had a rule that for wire withdrawals a US player could not withdraw less than $300. Didn't matter how much you deposited, just that you had to at least have $300 or more to withdraw, but this only applied to wire transfer. Other payment choices had no limits.

So maybe there is a miscommunication? However if this is the case, it should be stated in the T&C's.

This is simply ridiculous and very vague. Not that I'm an expert on this stuff, but to me it appears they are insinuating you have to wager your deposit 20x, since they aren't saying what the 20x wager rule is applied to, this is a loophole for the bingo site IMO.
They may say no hidden strings, but it seems to me like they have left some space for interpretation at their convenience.

I have only played at these bingo sites on the free BBZ's, never even wanted to take the next step to actually depositing. But I see no incentive in the rules or the actual games to make a player want to give them real money.

Not being able to win there is getting pretty much standard practice anywhere, but some places seem more blatant than others. If I were to ever play anywhere again, I would never play where they try to attach your deposit.

well, from what they told me, it is as i said, if you wager 25.00 then you had to win 300 to withdraw. although i see they have some different policies since Jan of this year, oh and they are out of a middle eastern country now LOL

I wasted good money there this weekend, and i will never do it again.
I used to love the slots, and the kids at bingo are the best...
it's said though, to spend money hoping to win something, and get burned like this...thanks for your help guys...
