im with a problem in casino titan
i have made there a deposit of $30 with 300% bonus, ok.
before i depoiste i ask by by the time to withdrawal and by the waggering requirements
before i make the deposite the answer was theres no max cash out, the wagger is 25x deposite + bonus and the withdrawl takes 24-48h (neteller)
i made after complete the wagerign requiremets a withdraw of $1000, and it was dclined because i play in 2 progressive slots? and how about the more than $5000 that i bet in other slots (not progressive) when the wagering requirements was $3000? ($30 + 300% = $120 *25 = 3000) then the live support (2nd time) told that waggering requirements was 99x, afterall who was speaking true?
the lve chat that i speaked in the 1st time or the otheres i speak in 2nd time?
AND THE MONEY WAS REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PAY ME ANY WINNINGS SO BE CAREFULL

Always read the terms if taking a bonus and then if you dont agree with them dont deposit. Not nice to loose your winnings but ... its in the terms. So nothing you can do. Casino has the right to withhold the withdraw.

Well dont know about the wagering requirments - if you kept the chat logs and they told you 25x you might have somthing on that score. But as for excluded games I dont think it makes a difference if you bet 1 cents on a none allowed game, they will still use this to void winnings if they want. Not a nice feeling I know, but thats why I always read the terms if I take a bonus. And if I dont like the terms - then I dont take the bonus. Good luck with it though.

But anyways, I agree that if you have a log of the chat, then titan doesn't have a case in regards to the 99x WR, but, you did break the T&C by playing a progressive slot. If you played the progressives AFTER you met the WR, then they don't have a case in that sense, either.

I am not sure about the term on coupon playthrough either. Could it not be interpreted as playing on some games does not count towards playthrough instead of them being restricted games whilst the bonus is in force.

I'd like to add to this because a similar thing happened to me at Casino Titan. I did play the progressives because I stupidly didn't read the terms and conditions. However, in my case, I never touched the bonus money. I hit before I used it and never looked back. I only wanted to cash out $300 and since my total before and after I played the progressives was basically the same I thought they would look at it and give me my withdrawal. I told them I never touched the bonus money but was ignored. The terms state:
5. Any wagers made are deducted from the Cash Account first. Should there be no cash available; the wager is deducted from the Bonus Account. Funds in the Bonus Account are only played if there are insufficient credits in the Cash Account.

What is your take on this? I think I have a valid reason and have written to the VIP Manager about it but it seems to me that it I never used it and they remove it prior to withdrawal AND I made the playthrough that it's like the bonus didn't exist. I'm just curious what others think.
