    What, no-one?
You are probably right though but at least that would mean everyone was more aware of how the software works and have a close idea of what to generally expect.
Making people aware of common realities such as, Casino XXXXX is run by con men and wont pay, the slots are weighted, the return is well below advertised etc against the misconceptions
that Casino XXXXX must be honest because they are licensed, slots are not weighted because I cashed out , RTP is about 95% and all software is legit (cos they dont have to cheat)
is necessary because we can be sure that the vast majority of those who make their living from the industry (Casinos, affiliates, licensing jurisdictions) are not going to break their balls to make these things known through their sites. - Kudos to affiliates that do go that extra mile BTW.

You can be sure the day all that changes you will not read another post from me on the subject - that's a promise. (hope you're not holding your breath)

So at least you can be happy in the knowledge that my stats and experiences are honest and all the hours I have put into trying to explain how software, RNG's and weighting works or can be misapplied are an attempt to make things better and don't benefit me in anyway.
Hopefully all this will make my next post easier for you to swallow.

    My input

I have played there since the beginning. Here is my input about the casino. Its mixed, some good things and some bad things.

    1. They have great customer support.
    2. They offer generous bonuses.
    3. They used to pay within a couple hours like at the beginning. Now its generally 3-5 business days, and you have to go to chat quite often to ask whats up and when are you guys paying me. Also regarding pay outs, it used to be even large sums trough e-wallets. Now its 1000$ per ewallet per week atleast for me.
    4. When i lost some money in the beginning they almost made me vip, offered me all promotions claimable several times, made me special no max cash out promos. Then i started to win, and now im propably break even or near, and suddenly they started saying that i can only claim 10x max cash out coupons. This would almost incline that they don't like winners.
    5. I never knew exactly what i can claim , and what i cannot claim. They changed the rules to my account so many times, that i am / was baffled. First i could claim all bonuses as many times as i like. But there was nothing written about this in the website or even on my email so i was thinking, would they pay my winnings if i won. They did pay me if i won, everytime.

Oh dont jump the gun KK. If things even out as they eventually will, Rusty might encounter a 120% RTP on this venture and I have been rooting all along for him to get his second RJ. Maybe this time.

sorry, kavaman, but what do you mean by this statement? an online casino is an enterprise that wants to make money. so why would it like winners? of course it only likes losing players.

Yes, but casinos in general should treat players the same, no matter if they're winners or losers. They NEED to keep them around just as long if they're winning, because the casino always wins in the end. To treat someone special because they're a losing player, but yet when they start winning, snub their nose to them....well, that's just bad business when it comes to casinos.

Think about it.....if you ran a casino, would you want to run off a player that's on a winning streak? Why in the world would you do that? He has your money. It's hard enough to quit 'winsies' as a player, so it's just an added bonus when the casino forces us to quit while we're ahead.

Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

I've had nothing but great experiences at BetPhoenix casino and their associated sportsbook. Fair bonuses and excellent payouts. I believe they have now added quicktender to the payout options as well.

after I made my "which RTGs should I keep" thread I was tossing out a few of the casinos that I hardly played at and I tried several times to log in to BetPhoenix and could never connect. I assumed they had folded up shop so I threw them out too.

No they are still around. Uninstall and install the casino again and it will connect. Some changes happened to the software since the beginning and it requires that.
Just a note to slotslovers post. He registered a couple days ago and the only real post is just what he said about betphoenix ..... It might be just a coincidence though.

My answer to mace "sorry, kavaman, but what do you mean by this statement? an online casino is an enterprise that wants to make money. so why would it like winners? of course it only likes losing players. " is that yes i understand your point that every casino is a business, but at 32red when i win, i get the feeling that its ok, even though i know they don't like it , they make me feel that they do.

WTG on your win. But be sure to request your payout, I don't see a request from your account yet. The sooner we get that, the faster we can pay you.
