I find that any of the casinos in Costa Rica, like top game tend to take 3 weeks. they tell you up front that it will take that long..I don't know why..But, not to be repetative, as long as I get paid, I will wait...

Are you serious? I've played and cashed out at many many casinos and have never waited ever as long as 7 days let alone 1.5 - 3 weeks. I'm fairly sure that's not a normal payout time.
