Fantastic Four -wrong bonus payout ?

Just hit this on F4 at Casino.com (Playtech)

During this part of the bonus round, "Thing" symbols become sticky wilds (for every symbol BUT regular Wilds) - got what you see on my last spin.

However , the three five-of-a kind Things paid out only 750*5 coins ... the regular payout of five Thing on a line.

Am I missing something there ?

    sticky things...lol

I've played this game but never gotten this bonus round - do the wilds need to be on a line?

    Yep.

To make things clear - every Thing symbol on screen during the three freespins stays for the reminder of the round and act as wild symbol - no scatter payout.

It "same" as Mr Fantastic feature. It doesnt substitute for "wild" (the Wild paytable). Its better explained in the game info (on page 6/7).

Yep. So , they should substitute for top-paying symbol at least aka Mr. Fantastic , isn't they?

One would think so but apparently they dont. That at least would have been 10 000 coins x3 instead of 3750x3. Crappy design.

Unfortunately none of the Playtechs I have installed have that game, but even so, where are you seeing THREE 5-of-a-kind Things - i.e. which win lines?
I can only see them on one (possible) win line...

The number 4 on reel 5 in the screenshot is the "real" wild symbol.

It happened to me before a week too, but the whole screen was full of 'wilds' and i was dissapointed of the payout. I thought i was going to be paid a nice ammount, and later i saw that it's not exactly a 'wild' substitute, but just a 'thing' substitute'...
