    Who has Downloaded a Casino & Visited America, and Played?

    Hiya: I am going back to Las Vegas for a Visit. My wife misses me.................ahhhhhhh, aint that sweet.....................

    Have any of you, or do any of the Casino Reps here, know of, or allow the following. Download a Casino that does not allow USA Players. Deposit and play there from your home country. Then, take your laptop with you on Vacation to America, and be able to Log In, and play at that Casino?

    ie. This being the Casino checked the IP Address upon downloading the software, and making deposits/withdraws, But does NOT check or restrict a IP Addres once the above mentioned conditions have been met.

    I want to try/test this, but would rater not have to just be, "Guessing" to decide what Casino's to download & deposit it. Guessing is only for playing Roulette..........

    Please reply if you have any expierience or knowledge on this subject. Thanks.

    That's an interesting question. I look forward to see what you find out. Also, would the reverse (a USA player going out of the country) be allowed to play at casinos they were banned from playing at when they visit a different country?

    I had a similar experience with WagerWorks casinos;
    I have accounts at several of them which I can freely use here in the UK.
    Last year I was on holiday in the Czech Republic (a restricted country for WagerWorks) and I couldn't even play the games in "Free" mode, let alone log in!

    However, their software is browser-based; you may find a different situation if you are using downloaded software.

    I too am looking forward to hearing how it goes!

    It wouldn't be particularly logical to block non-US residents as they don't pay tax there anyway, even on offline wins, so I suspect you'd be OK providing the IP address isn't blocked.

    Hiya: I completely agree Simmo. But with hundreds of players posting on this board, you would think at least one of them would have done this already. I don't mind doing it, but i would just have to blindly guess as to what Casino's to download, open an account, deposit, play, and then try to play from Las Vegas next week?

    imhop: Trying to ask Casino Reps would only give you either their Official Answer, or their point of view answer. And a lot of times neither of those are actually the RIGHT answer.
