I waited 8 days (6 working days + a weekend) for Fortune Reel last month.
Rival casinos may have the best bonuses, but you have to be patient when it comes to cashing-out from the "white label" ones...

Sorry, but what is "white label"?
As I understand this term (and I could be wrong), it's where the physical running of the casino itself, including all the payment processes, is totally controlled by the software provider; in this case, Rival.
The casino "owners" only control their own websites and marketing (including bonus offers), and have to ask Rival to implement their chosen options on their behalf.
There are a handful of "independent" Rival casinos who handle their own payments & customer support, but the other 30+ use Rival's centralised CS & Payment systems.
IMO this would not be a bad thing... if only they would get their fricking act together and speed up their payments!

And if they could answer legit questions about which settings the operators themselves can change. This last one is about Rival software and not only about their while label issues.

They never took this long before.
there was a time when a withdrawal at a rival casino took four days. recently I waited about four weeks for a small amount (less than 100 euros lol which should be a tiny amount for a casino). what was really annoying about it was the fact that they didnt reply when I sent emails to them. I could talk to the live support and the rep said something like we are not responsible for these problems and delays because the payments are processed by rival but not by us. but even if this is true the question remains why this casino didnt reply when I emailed them. finally I received my funds after asking a rep who is active on this site for help. maybe I would still be waiting for my money if that rep hadnt helped me. so thank you for helping me, Mr rep, but you cannot treat your players like that and you ought to do something about it.
now I am waiting for a week for another withdrawal at a different rival casino. and again no reply to emails and the live support is closed all the time. what is wrong with rival? have they lost so many players because of the tradition casino scandal that they are broke and cannot pay their winners anymore? but as someone posted it on this forum lately then they shouldnt take deposits anymore.
Regal and a few other rivals are starting to remind me of a local bookie i once used.
He would take my bets all day and if i lost he would accept my money, but there were times when i won that he would give me this excuse.
"Well i dont have the money now but WHEN i collect from the other losing players i can pay you"
If you cant payout when you say you will payout then don't accept my money and bets.
