Hello Paul. Yes you got a $75 bonus. The bonus started at 75 the down to 67.50. It could be that you were looking at the combined total ta the time.

This looks very much like untrained support staff in a "third world" call centre (A common experience with many businesses). This rep has absolutely no idea what he is talking about, yet is trying to convey a sense of all knowing authority to the player. In fact, he is just trying to "blag" his way through this task, and it does the casino no favours whatsoever.

It was from a no deposit bonus so I wasn't too concerned, just thought I would get other people's opinion and make sure I wasn't going senile. I ended up making the (way more than 30x) playthrough but lost it all in the end.
