rockbet/rival casinos

Anybody play at rockbet? Got an offer for them for a free chip but i'm not sure if I would just be wasting my time?

Any good Rival casinos out there at all? Have not played their software yet.

Rockbet is on the don't play at list on here. Says customer service a black hole....

if they are on the dont play list, then dont play! Atleast not with ur own money!
The list is there to inform that there has been problems with them in the past!!!

I can personally attest to the fact that Rockbet/ThisIsVegas sucks big time!

It was due to a shocking experience I had that the casino was placed on the not recommended list, and I didnt even get a personal apology.

Go spend your money with a reputable accredited casino and you wont have any troubles.

As it's a free-chip - then why not?
Rockbet is one of the poorer Rivals IMO, but despite their numerous faults which only an idiot would try to deny, Rival casinos do not have a history of ripping-off players.
I play regularly at several of the better ones and have never had any problems beyond slow cash-outs.

While I agree that most Rivals dont rip-off players as far as payments are concerned Rockbet seems to be the exception.

The only major problem that I have with Rival casinos as a whole is their slow payments. Some Rivals stick to the 5 business day rule and will pay you at the end of the 5th business day. I have seen improvements though with Vegas Regal, my last 2 withdrawls were paid at the end of business day 2 which is an improvement. From what I have read here on the forum and my own experiences most Rivals are not consistent with cashout times though.

If you want a surebet with Rival try Box 24 or Slotocash, both of these have prompt payouts and are consistent.

Rival casinos do not have a history of ripping-off players.

I'll give you that one.

However, they do (with a few notable exceptions) have a long history of:

1. Payment delays ranging from several days to several weeks - and quite regularly I might add. Its almost like when the ewallets run dry, they fill them up by delaying payouts.

2. Ignoring customer feedback/complaints. (particularly Rival as a company)

3. Game glitches

4. Paytable/bonus round changes without notification to players

5. Horrendous Live Chat staff and Customer Service in general.

I dont know about anyone else, but IMO the facts above don't support the suggestion that Rival Casinos are reputable (again with notable exceptions).

I would rather play where the payout times are almost always within 48 hours and where I know any issue I may have will be resolved quickly.

So for the first time ever I played at a casino without checking on CM first - really stupid move I know, but I vaguely recalled they were reputable. Now I have a 1150 Euro cashout with them submitted on Thursday. It's now Sunday and as per live chat they haven't even reviewed my documents yet, and the quoted 2-5 business days cashout time doesn't even start until they do that.

Should I be worried about not getting paid at all, or are they just really slow?

On the assumption you are talking about a Rival casino; Yes you will definitely get paid as long as you haven't broken any T&C's or committed fraud, and yes they are all pretty slow at paying (except Sloto, Box24 & Black Diamond).
