    Well, it's now Wednesday (day 6) and they haven't even approved my documents yet, so if I do get paid it's going to take a very long time. The docs I send on Thursday they didn't even look at them until Monday night.

    They emailed me on Monday saying the docs weren't acceptable because I gave them my address in English but my docs display it in Maltese (dual first languages here, lots of mixing). They've been acceptable at every other casino I play at, and are clearly the same address - but more to the point it's now Wednesday and I can't even get them to respond to my last two emails. I just don't understand how they can possible take this long to do stuff unless they are deliberately procrastinating, which in turn makes me concerned about their cashflow. Do they have a rep on here?

    Rivals take for ever to payout. I have been waiting over two weeks for two withdrawals of $1000.00 each. I have only just received one of them yesterday and am hoping that they will pay the other out this week as well (note both withdrawn on the same day). I had my documents all verified BEFORE I ever withdrew. So don't give up hope but settle in for a long frustrating wait. I'm bummed because I really enjoy the Rival software but don't actually trust them to payout. I know that there are 2 or three that are much better at processing withdrawals (Box 24, Sloto) but I don't seem to be lucky there (sigh).

    To my amazement I just got paid. So 6 days all in, two of which were a weekend - actually not too bad in the end. They had told me the wait wouldn't even start until they verified my documents and they weren't responding to my emails re that, so I was expecting this to take weeks.

    I wish they'd done a better job at communication (they never did reply to my last two emails, which is why I thought they still hadn't accepted my docs) so I can't exactly dispute the 'customer service black hole' CM listing, but I did get paid in the time frame they list so only fair I confirm that in this thread. Maybe if they improve their CS a bit they can get derogued in the future.
