Well, it's now Wednesday (day 6) and they haven't even approved my documents yet, so if I do get paid it's going to take a very long time. The docs I send on Thursday they didn't even look at them until Monday night.
They emailed me on Monday saying the docs weren't acceptable because I gave them my address in English but my docs display it in Maltese (dual first languages here, lots of mixing). They've been acceptable at every other casino I play at, and are clearly the same address - but more to the point it's now Wednesday and I can't even get them to respond to my last two emails. I just don't understand how they can possible take this long to do stuff unless they are deliberately procrastinating, which in turn makes me concerned about their cashflow. Do they have a rep on here?
