Yep bugger these are the same people who keep repeating that it takes 2-5 business days for a withdrawal to be processed and they dont know a damn thing when this period is exceeded.

Yes, definitely the same owners.
I believe that this group don't use the "Centralised Rival Automatic Penalizing" bonus system (or C.R.A.P. for short).
Also, I would guess that you were bonus banned at Box24 before Black Diamond (Rival version) even opened on April 1st...?

As a matter of interest, do you have any idea why you're bonus-banned at Box24?

@KK, i'm also bonus banned on box24 casino after my 1st withdrawal and on Black Diamond i got bonuses after bonuses, although i've now cashed out about €1.000.- and only deposited a little about €200.-
