What if you are playing with a deposit bonus without a max cashout? Your balance drops below $1 and your balance becomes withdrawable and the playthrough counter says 0--you then hit a nice win and want to cash out. Are you still tied to the playthrough requirements?

    Dear xxx
If you hit a random with the last dollar of a free chip, irregardless of the wagering being met, then the 10 times max cash out still stands.
Thats is why we are careful not to add them whena player has unresticted funds in their account.
    Kind regards

    Subject: Wagering Question

    Hi,

I know this question is a bit off the wall but here goes. Let's say I am playing on a free chip and my goes to less than $1 and the cashier shows no more wagering requirements. For whatever reason, that change is left in my account and I go back at a later time and play on the remaining amount and hit a random jackpot. Am I still bound to the original terms of the free chip or, since wagering has been removed, would the random jackpot be mine to keep in full?

Sometimes weird things can happen. But I am curious of how something like that would work.

Yes, Rival casinos do this now. About a year ago I think it was, they used to say once your balance drops below $1 all bonus restrictions are lifted - WR and max cash-out gone.
But then they changed it to $0, citing "bonus abuse".

Very petty IMO - who in their right mind you take a bonus and deliberately play down to 99c before going for a big hit!

When you have placed your bet/clicked on spin your balance can be below 30c and the outcome of your bet/spin can be a huge win.

With a 15$ free chip you could play it down to exactly 14.29c and then play Scary Rich at least 7 times with a 2$ betsize..

When we recently have seen screenshots from 0.20 bet which have been over 300$ at Rival I can understand them.
