The list of "fixed" games, whether of the gambling variety or not, is chock-full of examples, even if you only look at recent history. Team sports, boxing, horse racing, game shows, even the lottery, for cripes sakes, have been manipulated and compromised by those trying to make a fast buck.
Land-based casinos are highly regulated because those in power know, that without constant oversight, the casinos would screw the players how ever they could.
And yet I'm supposed to believe that the basically unregulated online gaming industry operates fair-and-square?
Personally, I think the evidence is overwhelming that there are few, if any, "fair" online gaming establishments out there. And for those of you who disagree, I am reminded of a quote by Jock Sturges:
"I'm guilty of extraordinary naivete, I suppose. But it's a naivete that I really don't want to abandon, not even now."
