[Resolved] Bodog charged my Visa twice for one transaction.

Is this a common occurrence for online casinos? I've had my Visa for twenty years and i've never had this happen before. I've scanned them my Visa bill and called and e-mailed a couple of times but have yet to hear anything back about it. I have to say it makes me pretty hesitant to use my Visa again at any of these sites.
Does anyone know of any other mac and Canadian friendly casinos that they can recommend?

Vangrl, I have had this happen a couple of times with my Netspend card. This is what happened with me. Used it to deposit and the casino put a pending authorization on my card but when they made the actual charge they used a different batch number from the pending and it looked like 2 charges, one pending and one actual. After a few days, the pending one disappeared. Gas stations where you pay at the pump with a card will do the same thing.

Call Bodog on the phone or contact rep here and ask them about it.

Hi Becky, yes i did write to you through Casinomeister a few days ago, but I only just sent you my e-mail address yesterday (through this site), let me know if you get it.
I still haven't heard back from anyone from Bodog, originally a woman named "Tamara" said I would hear back within 24-48 hours, it's been 6 days now, but that might be typical.
