Hi!

A couple weeks ago I was kinda in the mood for some RTG fun.I went to one of my favourites-AllStarSlots.And I was also going to check there why I haven't received any promos for ages already.

I need to say that I had a bunch of withdrawals from there and my docs were approved approximately the same days when the same docs were rejected by Club World.

When I found AllStar in a familiar drop-down list of CWC casinos I wasn't sure what's going on so I opened the chat.

Apparently the casino was absorbed by CWC so I just had some chat with a cute lady and she confirmed the fact.I asked could I have a successfull withdrawal if I had some winnings at new AllStar and she said that not just a cashier but the "Manager for the Cashier Team" will tell me more about this matter next day.

Silence.

So the little question is: if I deposited thinking I play at good ol' AllStarSlots and won a couple bucks-could I withdraw my winnigs as my account was fully approved and I already had a number of cashouts?

If yes-why? If no-why?

I'd contact the CWC rep on this forum and ask him to investigate for you.

It's a very good question; I seem to be banned at Club World, but had no problems depositing & withdrawing from All Star when they were on Wizard software. I also played a free-chip there after they switched to RTG, and my cash-out was paid OK.
But I haven't tried them since CWC took over...

hi , shouldnt make any difference if youve already had your docs approved , why would they need go through the whole proccess again? i would of thought that you would be payed, it could give problems to all allstar slots members due to, by saying we need to redo all docs & i havnt got any emails from them saying otherwise just seems alot of work for nothing, just ask in live chat think it would be fine.

I'm bonus banned at several RTG's (already,lol).And at one very reputable casino I'm not just bonus banned but one day just found my account locked without any notice.

No, I mean totally banned.
I had a "bonus issue" with Club World back in 2006, after which they invited me to "take my play elsewhere".
To be honest I never tried to log in again after that, but earlier this year I decided to open an account at Lucky Red - and it was instantly locked by them.
I haven't investigated the reason because frankly I don't give a toss - so it is only an assumption that I am banned.

Once I was a CW customer....I had some dispute (as usual) and one day TOM publicly said on this forum that for the well of both of us he closed my accounts at CW and (at the time new born) aladdin casino...or whatever the name is....

I recently opened an account at Manhattan and played and lost...no problem whatsoever, same story at allslot ...no prob....

When CW took Allstar over....I s/s live chat and was assured that they have all the info that Allstar had....including my specialized manager bonus program....This included docs that I had already had approved as well....so you shouldnt have to provide anything so long as Allstar had all you docs previously....
