All Jackpots, what did I do wrong?

For some time I have read of members here that have bonus banned and wondered why a casino would do this. Lately I have had a nice little winning streak from All Jackpots and have been ecstatic that for once in my life of online playing I have been able to actually bring home some money that has been very helpful in our personal finances.

I have posted screenshots of my long time playing place and boasted on them, because I for once had gotten some return. Now I'm not talking big money here, just around $6k for the last 3 months. This has never ever happened to me.
Since I was hitting so well on Jungle 7's, I stuck to it as I was finding with the temperature meter being so high and the length of time spent on the slot was netting me some nice wins. My first withdrawal was $1,200, the second was $3,000 and now the last one will be $2,000.

Well shame on me for getting lucky, because now I have been labeled as having a playing pattern that the casino has this morning chastized me for and am punishing me for 30 days and then will review my account again at the end of the 30 days.

Here is the email I received this morning:

    Dear Evelyn A,

After reviewing your account history, Casino management has decided to exclude your account(s) from promotional bonuses for the coming month. Given your gaming patterns, we believe that your participation in our promotions places you at an unfair advantage over our other players. Therefore, beginning on April 6 2010, at 12 pm GMT, you will be excluded from all promotions at our casino group. We will review your account again after 30 days of activity.

This applies to the account(s) listed below:
    Vajr+++++++

You are welcome to continue to game at Jackpot Factory casinos.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter, and if you have any
other questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

    Sincerely,

    Alison Andersson
    Casino Manager
    The Jackpot Factory Group

This is the reply I have sent back to them:

    Dear Alison Andersson,

Could you please explain what you mean by my gaming patterns? For the first time ever in my life I have won a little bit of money from you only because I got lucky and was hitting some nice wins on Jungle 7's. If you also look, I have lost a lot on it hoping for a small jackpot win, which I don't seem to be hitting that. I have for the first time ever decided to try and go for it and have deposited to many times and reversed to many times. I don't try to play for the $15k as I am affraid of losing the very little I have won, so I have only tried for the lessor amounts and have been blessed with some nice consistant wins that have kept me playing more than I usually would.
What I have won so far, another blessing, has helped to pay our property taxes, pre-pay my mother-in-laws funeral costs and was hoping to win enough while the game was hot to pay off our Home Depot bill.
But the last couple days the Jungle 7's slot has not been as kind to me and has been holding back the nice hits, so I have lost money back that I very well could have taken and ran with it.
So please, be kind enough to tell me what I have done wrong other than enjoying your casino to much when as I have said, for the first time been able to actually make some money rather than always giving it to the casino?
If you no longer want me to play with you, than just be kind enough to say so and I will go somewhere else.
Is it wrong for a player to want to win and if the player does win a little something, is it wrong to not want to spend it all back, but collect my winnings and pay for things that otherwise would be difficult to have taken care of?
Trust me, I am very happy to have won something nice for a change over this last couple months, but compared I'm sure to many players, my winnings are small, but to me they are big, when I live on social security and having a little windfall really helps.
I have even been boasting and printing screenshots of my wins on Casinomeister, which in a way is good promotion for you, not that you need it as I have always found this casino to be the best and that is why I have been with you for so long.
So what is wrong with my recent playing pattern? Is it because once I found a slot that was hot I stuck to it? Like I said, I lost plenty back to it as well.
The way I was thinking was if I keep playing 25 cents, I won't win much and would be really bummed if I hit a nice win. So I played mostly the 75 cents, which was better for the amount I was willing to risk and my play was lasting longer. If I got brave enough, I would play the $1.50, but when the slot wasn't giving anything back then I would become affraid of losing the precious amount I already had won.
So again, please be kind enough to explain what I have done wrong.

    Sincerely,
    Evelyn A

I mean really, just because of sticking almost exclusively to one slot and actually winning from it has made me a bad player that the casino frowns on?
    Why is that wrong??????

That sucks Mavin and I can understand why you are upset with them......I would be too. Unfortunately they can do whatever they want, although it doesn't seem fair or warranted but hopefully when the 30 days is up they will review it and give you back bonuses or better yet if you keep playing you'll get even luckier without the bonuses.

    I fixed your name......sorry.

It's not like the bonuses are anything anyways, I deposit say $35 and get $3.50, wow! It's the idea though, that if a player stays on one game because it's hot, then you will be punished for it.
I guess we are only to look at spending our money with casinos as purely entertainment and heaven forbid if we should think of making some money from it.

p.s. Why do people keep call me Marvin? I am totally a gal.

I have to say, this is wrong on so many levels.

When I got lucky at 32Red last summer, they promoted me to VIP and offered me bigger and better bonuses!

After a bit of a bad run, and mostly from losing back a win I should have cashed out, they even popped $100 into my account to play Hitman, even though I was still well ahead lifetime at their casino.

My B&M publishes a newsletter with smiling winners. We see the scroll bars with the big jackpot wins. I was rooting for you with your series of screenshots...even inspired some Jungle Sevens play of my own.

I hope they at least give you the courtesy of a decent reply to a very well written email.

Well I guess this is their way of telling a player to move on, if not, it's the message I get. Maybe I will go back to 32Red and give them my play.
I was totally stunned to have hit Jungle 7's so well, but as I told them it took a lot of money to get those hits, although most of it was from winnings being played back which did decrease my deposits, shame on me!
With a slot like Jungle 7's, Couch Potato and High 5, you rarely see the meter so hot and they are "High Variance" to the extreme.
I was finding that the longer I could stay on it the big hits would always roll back around. When these games are cold according to the meter, you will rarely see the good hits.

I'll go stand in the corner now, where's my dunce cap?

Unfortunately Mavin, the 32Red Group is one of those that doesn't allow US players. They withdrew from the US market shortly after UIGEA came into effect.

And as to the situation with Jackpot Factory....what a load of BS. Playing patterns? Please...you deposited, and you got lucky. Nothing more than that. All I can say is times must be tough if they feel the need to ban you from their whopping 10% bonuses.

Myself, I never went back to them after their Inspirational Stories advertising debacle. And I was a regular player there...but that was just a personal choice. I would have still thought they were one of the better options available to US players.

No casino is obligated to give you bonuses...but that email is like a slap in the face because you got lucky and won. I've never understood why any casino would "bonus ban" the average type player/small depositor...and a slots player to boot. Makes no business sense.

Ah, but the fortunate thing is I am already a member of 32Red. . I will check and see if I'm still active, if not, I have been registered with every MG out there, so I have many choices of those I know I am still active with.

I agree, for a small player of slots the email is a slap in the face and I guarantee it won't happen again.

Its sad Mavin, they really know how to kill your buzz from the winnings.
I know how it feels, I'm labelled a bonus-abuser/advantage player at many casinos also.
And just as you. I play slots only.

Those REAL bonus abusers, the ones you'll hardly ever find anymore, have done more psychological damage than they can possibly imagine.
Because of their activities that mostly took place many, many years ago, when there were still EV+ bonuses, too many online casinomanagers are now suffering from the 'Bonus Abuser Syndrome'.
They see bonusabusers everywhere, on every corner of the street, under the bed, under every brick, they dream about them every night (awful nightmares ofcourse), and wake up screaming and sweating all over.

Sad, very sad. These managers need help.
    They badly need a shrink!
But they have to admit themselfs that they have a problem.
There's not much we can do.
All we can do is move on to another casino.
And hope the manager there is not suffering from the same syndrome.

I mean, Jungle 7's, high variance to the extreme!
    Playing patterns??? Yeah right......

Yep, definately killed my buzz! However I think they flipped the switch on the slot also as the last two days, for it being at it's boiling point on the meter, I was getting absolutely nothing, just cherries and mixed bars over and over. When the yellow 7 and a coin would line up the third coin would hit and then bump off the win line. This happened every time a 25x combo came up the last two days, with the exception of only one at the lowest win symbol. Then it went back to spin, bling, bling, bump.....

    Guess that'll teach me!

Oh yeah, I have a playing pattern, it is play this slot off and on for 9 years of losing and then switch to 3 months of winning. My sure fire system!

Received a reply from All Jackpots, see below. Wow, now it's perfectly crystal clear why I am considered an advantage player......

    Dear Evelyn,

Thank you for contacting All Jackpots Casino about the promotion issue.

The Casino management has reviewed your account and decided to exclude you from the promotions 30 days. However this does not prevent you from winning and withdrawing the any amount of money you may win.

You are more then welcome to continue playing at the casino, and unlike promotional credits your winnings do not have to be played through before you can withdraw them.

Don't forget that our Support Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer any question you may have. Our toll-free numbers and email addresses are listed below.
