It is great to see something go from not to good to a winning conclusion so quickly. This would not have been possible if not for the winning members here on the forum.

Glad it worked out..most casinos try to pull a fast one on the "winners" with this bonus abuse BS....glad to see the Casinomeister approved ones are on top of their game fixing any problems.

Thanks Darkmage, I am very pleased as well with the results and how things were handled so well.
I did receive also a personal phone call from Dave the Rep yesterday wanting to confirm with me that all was well. I appreciate the personal follow up over the phone.
Obviously mistakes can and do happen even when dealing with an accredited casino. But this has shown me that it is better to not be angry about it and just present my case in a clear and reasonable manner and we will find people such as AussieDave and Dave the Rep and many others coming to the rescue.
It was nice that Dave the Rep called me at home personally for a follow up. This shows me that even those of us that are small depositors are just as respected and cared about as the big depositor.
