If you lose with the no deposit bonus, another one automatically shows up in the cashier, I've seen people saying that they have claimed over 10 times.

I claimed it twice and easily beat the playthrough the second time.

All of the withdrawal options have this message:

They also have some strange/confusing/misleading terms about their free chips.

YOU ALL KNOW that it is a glitch and you can only claim it once, if you win then fin they will pay you.
