I have always been a supporter of the palace group but lately they have started to annoy me. They constantly send me out promotional mailers regarding prize pool competitions of which i personally have never won a dime at. All you have to do is play and winners are chosen at RANDOM, yet since I joined back in beginning of 2006 ive never won ANYTHING! Also their web page advertises `the magic of spin palace` where lucky players are awarded 50 credits free if your playing at the time the magic strikes. Again in four years, ive never seen it Has anyone here ever had either the former or the latter?

Yes im on a rant, ive had a drink and just had another one of their mailers and its just suddenly annoyed me lol Ive been a loyal supporter of this casino for years, at one point depositing heavily. Im beginning to believe they make up a lot of stuff, I really am.

i just recently uninstalled them, together with vegas palms and quattro casino. all three have iritated me in some way or another, at vegas palms
i won a ticket to the last grand slam of slots, but never got it.
at quattro i never played longer then an hour for 50 euros
at spin palace i detest the tourney structure (freerolls)
and i have never won anything on all three.
i could have won one time on vegas palms, but failed to cash out.
if that was all then maybe i would still play there, but i found their support very unfriendly most of the times i inquired information.
and i think their bonus system isnt comparible to the newer mgs
so youre not alone, were 2 at least

Yes, I did get one of those $50 get spotted playing free chip once, but don't remember if it was All Jackpots or Vegas Palms, probably VP. But I was surprised as I never win anything in random draws and this was a first, probably a last as well. But was gone in a flash.

I would like to rant also about those stupid mailers that always say, "The players with the highest wager amounts, Wins"!!!!
This really ruffles my feathers as I am a small depositor and will never be able to compete based on the amount a person wagers. It would be nice to omit the guppies from the whale mailers!

Which is where Spin Palace for example SHOULD differ. Their prize compos are supposed to be RANDOM. As i said in 4 years, for me at least, never, not once, its statisticly unlikely.

I have won a few of these random prizes, so this IS a valid promotion. Normally though, I don't play specifically for these due to the uncertainty.

I have now been kicked to the curb by the entire Palace Group, and have long since uninstalled their casinos. I wasn't even remembered at Christmas this year, the FIRST time this has happened since I joined. They are on target to forget my birthday later this week too, again for the first time since I joined. Why they did this, I cannot tell. I DID win at Spin Palace, but all my play was on SLOTS, so there was no way the play could have been deemed "abusive". I am DOWN £12K at Ruby Fortune, but kicked to the curb here also. This happened when I won £6000 at Prime casino, one they merely run the support for, so should NEVER have had any bearing on my status at Ruby Fortune, but the coincidence was staggering, and Prime later launched an investigation when I ran £30 worth of comps up to £500 and withdrew ON SLOTS again.

As far as I am concerned, there is something not quite right with this group anymore. Maybe they have changed ownership yet again, something that happened 3 times while I played there.

The wagering events are no good either, since with no scoreboard, how can you tell it is fair if you have no way of seeing where you are, and what prize you are due.

The MPV tournaments are crap everywhere, Spin Palace doesn't hold a monopoly on this.

Totaly agree VWM, while i cant profess to ever having had as good a run as you have had in terms of withdrawals, I will agree that spin palace always remembered birthdays and christmas. Both Christmas and my birthday this year, I was overlooked not a thing, not even best wishes. This used to be my favourite casino out of all of them. How the mighty have fallen.

I rarely deposit there anymore, just not worth it, I dont feel like a valued customer anymore, in fact not in the slightest, i have the impression i should be honored they allow me to deposit. Bullsh**

As for their promotions, i have been told they publish a list of winners on their website well whoopeedoo, Any one can make up a list of names and publish them onto a webpage, doesnt mean their genuine or that they even exist. I mean really. How are ANY of us to know these are REAL people. As you said, no leaderboard, no tallys, no nothing.

I think ill be uninstalling both Spin Palace and Mummys gold, i too have had the feeling that something hasent been right with them for a while. I refuse to be treated like a mug. With the amount of MG casinos there are these days to choose from, why dump deposits and hard earned money into a casino that no longer values your custom.

on a side note vinyl, the tourneys arent as crappy everywhere as @spinpalace, cuase there you get the least amount of time to play in comparison..but as you might have read, i agree on the suckiness of the current platform wholeheartedly
check go wild, they have great support and honestly also some new style tourneys, and made me inclined to say that all in all, this is for me the best MG casino so far.

Funny VWM, you reminded me of last week which was my birthday, I logged on to my MG casino and a pop up opened with whistles and fireworks and a big present with Happy Birthday over it. Imagine how silly I felt when I sat there for a moment or so waiting for that present to open with a birthday chip, which it never did.
