    Hi

I think Spin Palace was the first online casino that i have made a deposit. I have made like 100 deposit and like 5 withdrawal in two years. Lately, the things are worst. I have not made one withdrawal in about 4 months.
I have closed my account two times, because of my bad luck, but i dont know why i re-open that account. I have never won one of that 50 bucks, a jackpot or a tourney.
Maybe its time to close that accoun forever.
    Bye...! +...+

Spin Palace used to be one of my favorites too.
Back in the "Good old days" (2005 - 2007) I used to get offered a monthly 50%+ match which I took most months.
Then the bonuses suddenly stopped, even though I was a nett loser with them. So my deposits stopped too.

This is the one thing I have NEVER understood about casino philosophy; why do they offer NEW players a 100% match bonus, but wont even offer their existing loyal players a regular 50% or so offer to keep them playing?

Amen to that KK. Whats the point in attracting new customers if you dont want to keep them, NO wonder ive heard rumours of the palace group having hard times.

Makes me think of the saying, "Why should I wine you and dine you now that we are already married"?

So they wine and dine the new customers and leave the long timers, at the table alone with the dirty dishes.

This is about the same time MY "good old days" ended, all quite suddenly. On top of this, where's the rep nowdays, he used to make a few regular contributions, but is now hardly ever seen, and then only when a forum thread is about to dump one of their casinos in the proverbial.

It seems to be a change from proactive to REactive participation. It's not only PLAYERS that seem to have been "kicked to the curb".

They will end up like Mainstreet RTG casinos, accredited, yet no-one talks about them much, presumably because they have lost their way when it comes to keeping existing account holders interested.

They seem to be following how the big utility companies operate. Push hard for new customers, but forget the ones they have. Unfortunately, it is much easier to switch between casinos than it is to change gas and electric suppliers, and better still, players can have several suppliers of casino services active at once.

As far as I am concerned, there is something not quite right with this group anymore. Maybe they have changed ownership yet again, something that happened 3 times while I played there.
No they haven't changed ownership. They are IMO a solid group still.
