"All I want, is to WIN my fair share, and maybe just a teeny bit more"
I agree with KK, thats always the thing to remember in life... if something sounds too goog to be true... then it is.
Casinos are about making profit so why would anywhere give the player a chance where not only can they not lose but they stand a very good chance of winning?
I think it has to be a bonus credited to the value of or it means if you dont have 1 winning spin/1 win on cards then they will refund it but then again how likely is it that you will play though a deposit and not win once spinning?
I wouldnt touch casino33 with a barge pole... I signed up at 1 of their sister casinos, claimed a free chip, started playing. Got up a bit. Then I hit a decent free spin bonus. Ater my 3rd spin it said I had been disconnected. I logged back in and my account was locked so I contacted live support. They were very rude and told me because i am a "bonus abuser" my account is locked... but then went on to tell me I could make a deposit if i want... no chance!!
Processing charges for a deposit and withdrawal are probably around 4% - 5% (each!) so in actual fact if it was as good as it said, the casino would actually be making a loss. Therefore I'd suggest they are a) banking on players losing twice or b) there HAS to be a catch. Else they'd be out of business.
I'm not saying this is applicable here, but bear the following in mind: An unscruplous provider who needed cash could use this method to get the deposits - money in the bank. Then they drag their heels for as long as possible on refunds and cashouts while more and more people deposit, take as much cash as they can out of the company then declare themselves out of business. With a nice database of player data to sell tooIn fact, not a million miles from the Casino Action fiasco a few years back where the new owners spent a proportion of the cash reserves ultimately losing their licence as a result. Won't be the last time it happens either.
I'm not suggesting Casino33 would do this, but as a player - especially in an unregulated market where you have no-one to turn to - you need to be thinking of these things. Unless you can find the "catch", this strikes me as a classic "if it looks to good to be true, then it probably is" scenario.
As an aside, why only MB and Neteller I wonder. Anything to do with chargebacks?

While I have no idea if this is legit or not, I can think of a very good reason for them to do this.
Notice that it specifies Moneybookers or Neteller only.
A lot of places are really suffering from the Mastercard issue and want to identify and foster players who can use Neteller or Moneybooker, as these are the easiest for them to deal with. It makes processing fees less prohibitive for them and cashouts get processed faster and without risk for them.
They would save a lot of fees if all their players were to use one of these two methods, as well avoid having to deal with processors that may or may not be honest or timely.
It makes good business sense for them to encourage players to use one of these two methods. For US facing casinos that is, who have to deal with fly by night processors who charge incredibly high fees and demand the casinos make huge deposits with them before even doing a thing. It's UIGEA doing this, US facing casinos who can avoid dealing with the banks and credit cards actually save a ton, neteller and moneybooker fees are negligible in comparison to what they shell out otherwise.
The results of prohibition in action here.
That said, I have no idea if this particular offer is on the up and up, but I expect to see a lot of incentives for neteller and moneybooker players in the future.

My my, what a spammy web they weave, when they practice to deceive!
Yeah sure, deposit any amount and if you have even one hand of cards or spin of a wheel that is a win even at 20 cents and not a dead spin, then they can call it a winning session. Doesn't matter if one has lost their entire bankroll.
Maybe they should have said if there is just dead spins, then we refund.![]()
The original inviatation email stated return money to your account. This means return to your casino account. If it mean't elsewhere a casino would use the terms withdraw or refund to your account.
Basically this is a 100% cashback offer. And like all cashback offers you can expect the WR to be imposed on it.
The problem with these sort of offers is the initial deposit conditions. It is all good and well them stating we will return 100% of your money. But in order to qualify for this offer you will have to carefully study this offers T&C's.
Don't be surprised if you find a whole raft of games excluded, bet amounts capped and best of all some kind of hidden match promotion.
