Whats up with Rival?

I have been trying to understand whats going on but since you all use such fancy words i just dont get it?
What is all this talk about While lable? What it that even?
are all rivals dead now, I mean is there no use to play at any of them?

I hope someone can give a dummie a simple explanation =)

I'll probably get shot down by the Rival-haters, but basically:
The CS (Live Chat) of most Rivals is considered very poor, and recently cash-outs have been taking 5 days or more.
Some affiliates are also getting into a lather because they're losing a few % off their commission.

However, I still haven't seen one report of any players getting "ripped-off" by any Rival casino, so they are safe IMHO.
