Recent Experience With WinPalace

Just wanted to share my recent experience with WinPalace casino. Deposited last nigh 190, got 225% bonus. Completed WR and got 1800 right now. Support is very nice and helpful, best from my experience so far.
So, faxed all docs to them today and planning to cash out as soon as approved.
Hopefully everything will be fast and smooth.
Casino is great BTW, at least to me I got bonuses and good payouts on every game I played. Loose Caboose itself gave me 1500 playing 2.5 bet.

So far, I would recommend this casino to everyone, hope it will be no issue to cash out.

There is already a big thread about them somewhere on the forum, if you do a bit of searching. I believe most/all of the feedback on them is good.
I work with them (promoting them on my websites), and met several of their team in person in London last month; They have always been very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a problem one of my players had recently quickly and without hassles.
As long as you haven't broken any T&Cs, I think you will get your pay-out without problems.

This depends. They take between 5-7 business days to process and fridays are not counted as business days. The rep promised that they will make things faster but no progress on this so far.
Other then this, the casino is quite good.

Sometimes a fast cashout is not the most important thing. The amount you intend to cashout is what really matters. So I would rather wait 5 days for an 1800 cashout, where I know I will get paid, than get 100 cashed out in 1 day, where I MIGHT get paid.

Naturally players will want their cake and eat it, but lets not lose site of the fact in this case the OP got the important bit right..........he won a good amount, at a casino where he should have no problem getting paid. This in itself is important as some casinos boast about processing cashouts in 1 day, but in reality try and stall by giving lame excuses.

I prefer only casinos which can make your cashout within 24 hours, but at least within 48 hours, no matter, if it's only 100 or 1800

5 days or longer is really unacceptable and that's for me the reason, why i've now uninstalled nearly all rival casinos (about 20), except one of them
