Tropica cashout request last Monday morning, received Friday morning. Though that was my first cashout request. Subsequent requests often go faster with Rival.

This may be true, but sadly it is of no use to the OP since they are in Canada and so are not able to play at ANY Rival casinos.

I know Pina thinks this is a good thing, but personally Rival is one of my favourite softwares (mainly because of their great bonuses (at some of their casinos), it must be said! )

LOL KK....yep, I think it's a wonderful thing. Only thing better would be if I woke up some morning to find that Virtual and all their clones were out of business. I doubt a thread inquiring about fastest payout times, should include Rival..who routinely take a week or more. But hey, it's just an opinion. Have you read this thread btw?

Sorry Skiny..to get your thread back on track...I do believe you were asking about MG casinos right? Simmo's site is probably the best bet for you. You're not limited where you can sign up, so once you get your Visa and MB squared away, you should be good to go at any of them. No need to be waiting beyond 24 hrs for a cashout at any good MG. JMO.
