    help and advise please needed

ok ill start by stating i am a fool

i didnt read the rogue section on here before joining an online casino which is on the rogue list

i would like some serious information to were i stand please

im new to rtg casinos and im not sure im being told the truth

i deposited about £800 over a 6 week period at the casino and then hit a rather good roll and ended up with a balance of £6000

curious to how i went about making a withdrawel i came on here to read posts and possibly get some information to point me in the right direction which to my horror pointed me in the direction of finding out problems people have had with casinos in this group

anyways i sent the required fax back documents required and decided to make a withdrawel of double my deposits

after 2 weeks my withdrawel wasnt payed and in my account details it stated "withdrawel requested "as it had from day1

after contacting chat over the last week and sending the documents again and again as aperently they hadnt recieved them i was told yesterday they have recieved them but could take a further 20 days for the accounts dept to process

is this just stalling tactics on the casinos behalf?

has anyone actually got any money out of a rouged casino?????????

am i really just living in hope i will get payed and also how can they get away it if i dont ever see the money

also is there any way of at least getting my deposits back via visa if they rip me off

the 1st really decent sized win ive had in ages and im totally gutted and disapointed in myself for not reading the rouge section 1st

    any advise apriciated

Did you play at one of the Virtual casinos by chance, palace of chance, cool cat, cirrus ect? If so the chances are you prolly slim to none, just stay on them and call everyday, harrass them to the bitter end, thats about the only way you will get your money, well maybe a bit here and there if your lucky................laurie

    100% Definitely!

    Yes.
Long before I even knew about CasinoMeister I unwittingly played at quite a few "rogue" places, and I never once did not get my withdrawal, though some took a VERY long time and a lot of hassling of the casino in question.
However, I never won anything like as much as you did, and this could be a serious problem.

Probably too late now, but if I were in your shoes I would have only asked for a small withdrawal to start with - say something like £250-£500 so it didn't look like I was "cutting & running". (I'm not saying this would definitely make any difference, but it's what I would have done).
Once I got my first withdrawal I would have played on as much as possible without losing too much before making another withdrawal for a higher amount. Wash & repeat.

What you need to do now is keep chasing them, but keep it polite.
I know it's hard, but try to refrain from getting abusive or making any sort of threats of legal action, taking it to forums, etc.
I think if you can do that & stay patient you might have a chance of getting your winnings - but be prepared for it to take several months to get the full amount.
PLEASE don't play it all (or any significant sum) back - that is exactly what these criminals want you to do.

    Good luck!

Sorry to hear you got tangled up with a bad one. It's happened to all of us at one time or another.

The 20 working day cash out delay is not all that unusual. It bites but withdrawl times at many casinos are 15 to 20 working days. My guess is that if you just keep after them once the 20 days are over you probably will get your money.

No Guarantee of course. Best of Luck to you!

You have already got good answers here but i wanted to add some.

When they approve your withdrawal request they usually will hold your money for two to three more weeks before they pay you.

Their stalling tactics is for two reasons. Number 1 is that they hope you will reverse your withdrawal and gambe it away.
Number 2 is the interest they get on all money.

I too at one time was playing consistently at one of the rogues before coming here. (virtual group) I also always got paid but took between 30 and 50 days. I also think their strategy's were holding pending cash-outs for like 10 days with the hopes of you reversing. After it's approved the next 30 day delay was to see if you kept making deposits, and if so they would pay you. I never knew what would happen if you didn't keep depositing because I always kept depositing. In many cases I deposited more then I cashed out by the time I got paid.

I would recommend NOT to deposit anymore there, stay on their ass, be polite, and maybe stop in a church.

A constant influx of fresh meat, supplied by affiliates who run banner farms...and throw up banners for every casino on the net, regardless of how they conduct their business. And then of course, there are the players who insist on playing there, even though they know better....because they are tempted by those 1000% bonuses. They've probably never cashed out any large amounts, and don't realize that those bonuses are nothing more than a way to entrap players.

Hiya: Record/take screen shots of everything. If you did not, you can still do it. This is to avoid them saying, "We still do not have your Doc's, and so on, as you have it from their Chat session, "recorded" that they do have them.

Like KK said, be polite. I would take it one step further, and Log In, and keep playing some. Short sessions, and a little money. The objective is to Really show them that you are intending on still playing. They want their money back. The only way for them to get it, is..........
    1. Just don't pay you, or
    2. Pay You, have you keep playing, Lose, and Deposit again.

The more you can make them think that #2 is their best option, the more likely you are for them not to resourt to option 1. And even if they do, you can get your money back thru your bank. But you must record everything, even if it means going back in to Chat, and saying, "Hi I am just verifying that you got my Doc's. You did, Thanks."

    I don`t agree!

The player has already made the withdrawal request. If he wants to play again he has to reverse the withdrawal and THAT is the worst thing to do.

Every withdrawal request means 3 weeks extra before approval.

As said here before, just be polite and log in 3 times a week and ask live chat to check the withdrawal request.
