BoDog - Turning for the BETTER?

As some of you know - I had some serious issues with BoDog for awhile.

BoDog, in my humble opinion was TOP OF THE LINE - and should have remained there in my book.

But I had some falling out with them over stupid things.

Now - I'm not one to go spreading RUMORS or even talking badly about a casino. I just don't think it is productive, unless they are stealing money - there really is no reason to out them.

So I really didn't mention them in a manner that would make the casino look bad.

However - ON THE UPSIDE - recently BoDog has tried to make amends with some of the things that have happened regarding me.

And I would like to congratulate them - ON TAKING THE FIRST STEPS towards mending - well..... Mending my hurt feelings.

This is a tenuous step for me - because once I'm burned or my feelings are hurt - I'm not usually one to bother with it again.

I like to be treated like royalty - I like bonuses - and I like to be "LISTENED" to... But most of all - like to be treated FAIRLY - and rewarded for being a decent customer and for being a decent human being.

So- we shall see how this works out.

I'd like to thank BECKY - the gaming forum rep for BoDog - for initiating the instance.

I'd like to think that this WILL turn into something positive that will change my mind about a GROUP - that I once held in the HIGHEST Regard.

    YEAH,

I feel the same about Bodog!

They are indeed getting better from day to day!
And finally they are listening to their customers

The only thing is, still NO free chips at all, not even if you are the loyalest customer there But well probably they will get there too, sometimes

    AS I SAID BEFORE:

    THUMBS UP!!

I don't know what the issue in question was, but I have always found Bodog to be the best poker room and casino, period. Fast payouts, fun casino, soft poker games. What's not to like?

Bodog is on my shortlist of casinos and poker sites, others being Full Tilt, Sloto, Inet and Pokerstars (though Tilt and Stars are strictly skills-based games, no casino games whatsoever, of course).

Personally I've always liked Bodog a lot. Fast payouts (about 5 minutes last night) and the CS has always been fast and to the point.

Would be be nice if they had the newer version of the casino though.

Also noticed last night that the reels kept spinning and spinning, it took about 15 seconds per round. Not that pleasant playing experience.

Any plans to upgrade to new version of RTG software BodogBecky?

Oh, I forgot to mention, every Monday morning you get cash back on losses, with (as far as I know) no WR at all.

I sent them several emails about this, they simply stated they would let me know if they did this, but they never did. Then just a couple weeks back, I believe Becky stated here in another thread that they had actually purchased the source code for the casino, rather than rent it from RTG, as most RTG casinos do. So if they wanted to upgrade, they would probably need to shell out a bunch more cash for the new games. Alternatively, it seems like they can make their own games with the existing software, as they have Dirty Martini and some other special games.

I noticed this, too. Don't know what that's about - seems to happen every couple weeks.

    Thumbs down

They have even the old max win rule with 40,000x bet per line, instead of the current 50,000x bet win per line!

btw. i can't play there, since they've changed my account from $ to € and i've sent them also several emails and got often enough only empty promises, that they will look for it and tell me, when it will be fixed, but i got then always never any response and this now since a half year and this is really the badest support i've ever had on any RTG casino!
