Thank you bonus - what do you think?

There's this MG casino group that I've played at for several years. I used to have accounts with like 7 casinos in the group but when Neteller went away I closed all but one of the accounts. All last year I played at this one casino - most of my deposits are only $50 or less, but very very frequent. Too frequent considering I didn't get ONE withdrawal from them last year. Not a single one.

Today I get a mail from them with a big "Thank you for your play!" with a 30% bonus offer on my NEXT deposit! At the bottom of the mail is a link that says, "Don't want this bonus? Tell us why."

I mean COME ON - a 30% deposit bonus is a thank you? WTF?

I'm feeling it's more of an insult but maybe it's just me. What do you guys think?

I agree - that is an insult!

You've probably drooped what, over $1,000 with them in a year?
And they offer you 30%? Pathetic!
I would say a small free-chip, or at least a decent 100% bonus would have been reasonable.

Not much of a "Thanks" IMO - I would respond to the insult and ask why such a small bonus ( it seems they really dont respect the small depositors)

    I would respond as follows:

You want me to take this 30% bonus? Tell me why?

I took a 50% slots bonus at Inetbet but they required me to wager MY money and their 50% X20. That is a dumb bonus. I will never do that again. Wager twice as much of my own money for only 50% of theirs. They should require people to wager their bonus only. Not REAL money!

Ok, then they can always reword it to 60x your bonus wagering.

Yes its a dumb bonus but the terms were specifically stated ... so in a way blame your self for not reading the terms of the bonus

It's a crappy bonus...and no way to say "Thank you" for your patronage. It's an insult. I have a Rival that has done the same thing to me over the last 18 months....pathetic bonuses with ridiculous WR, one free ND for $10, and not ONE withdrawal....even though they may be well respected they are now at the bottom of my list of 2

Thanks everyone for the responses - glad it's not just me. I mean really, the casinos aren't obligated to offer any kind of bonus, but still....whatever.

Well I'm pretty well done with them anyhow. Not because of the bonus but because my playtime there for the whole last year has completely sucked. I can only remember one time even getting my balance up enough to even think of cashing out. Stupid me for continuing to throw money at them all this time.

Actually it's not just them (although they're the worst) but there are a few other MG casinos that won't be getting regular deposits from me anymore either.
