Figuring Out Payout Percentages

What is the formula for figuring out a payout percentage? For instance say I deposit 200 and wager 600 before busting out. When I take:

200/600 = 33.33

But it should be a payout percentage of 66.66. How do I show the correct number?

I know this must be easy but I'm missing something...

(600-200) / 600

What Simmo said was your return = Your Wins / Your Wagering.

i.e. You wagered 600 and won only 400 back (so you lost 200)
So your return was 400/600 = 66.67%
