I see that 3Dice was mentioned in your awards and Enzo recieved best manager which was brilliant as he is indeed the best !

I just want to mention his team who do an excellent job here, 24 hour support and its not just support they offer, they have games, chat and encouragement for our players.

They have seen me through some unhappy events recently when i lost a baby, 3dice was there to support me and cheer me up when i felt down and the players all know each other so well, its as if we are neighbours yet we are all over the world.

The chat room is a virtual family in itself - we sometimes forget we are here to play as we get involved in chat and many times I have been sitting here crying with laughter at the chat.

So keep it up 3dice you are deffo the best and in my book you win all awards hands down

i am at a loss - my mum got into serious difficutlies with gambling so 3dice graciously helped her out, which was fantastic and no other casino would do that but it was on condition we both closed our accounts as we both live in the same house and IP has to be banned to prevent my mum getting into difficulty. She has now sold lappy and has taken up dieting and walking so thanks 3 dice. My only issue is that I now have nowhere to play and I tried a few other places and lost a fortune and they dont have tourneys, they have literally no nice support staff and no great people like 3dice has, i am posting this in an effort to see if there is anything that can be done or if you guys can recommend somewhere for me to play. This is in no means negative of 3dice in any way they have done what they morally should do but now I am at a loss, suggestions gratefully recieved cos i really miss all the 3dice squad

By saying this I do not mean to be nasty or upset you, but I feel someone has to say it.

You said 3dice helped your mum out, on the condition that BOTH accounts were closed and that your machine/IP was banned. It seems to me that Enzo may have been sending YOU a message too. If it was only your mum with a problem, then it would seem unreasonable to restrict your access.

Which brings me to my next point.

You have obviously seen your mum succumb to a gambling problem which, I would think, would give anyone pause to consider their own gambling. However, in the next breath you are telling us you have lost a fortune elsewhere since that time.

It seems to me that you should seriously think about where YOU might end up if you continue losing a fortune, which, in the end, you will.

I don't believe for a second that Enzo would ban you permanently without being sure you had your own issues.

I know you arent being mean - but they explained they had to ban the IP which includes me And i will also add that Enzo has been brill and I have nothing but praise and respect for him si apologies if it showed otherwise

I'm sorry to hear your mom had difficulties. I'll miss both of you over in chat.

I'm not aware of any casinos that have the kind of community 3Dice has. Maybe you could try a non-gambling site for games and cards, they tend to be somewhat social. I used to spend a lot of time playing cribbage online, and know a couple that met playing online euchre!

You could always try Pogo - there's a chance to win without really spending anything (unless you want to be a member) and they have chat on every game - I don't really use the chat but a friend of mine does, her brother lives in Montreal and she gets online and plays games and talks to him.

Also they've changed the way it's set up so supposedly there are more chances to win $ and they have some new games too. I know it's not really the same, but I thought I'd mention it anyhow!

Another geat place to unwind after a long days work...you can also play for money...small to large stakes if you feel lucky and smart.. I don't like casino-chatting. I see it as quite uninteresting.

But I do understand that some players like it as an addition to the gambling.

It is quite clever by a casino to offer chatting like that. It will lead more players to feel like they belong in a "community". I would guess that some players also will visit the casino to only follow the chat even if they don't have the intention to gamble that day.

It will be harder for a player to stop using a casino if they feel part of a "community".
