    Intercasinos misleading welcome bonus

I was just looking at the Intercasino sign up bonus for cards and slots welcome bonus.

It states on the promotions page 100% welcome bonus. After reading the T&C it’s impossible to get a 100% welcome bonus.

When you deposit $100, you get $25 instant. The other $75 you get as a way of cash back on any losses to the value of 30%. So in reality if you deposit $100, get the $25 bonus and then lose all $100 deposit and the $25 bonus, you will get $30 cash back, in total $55 bonus. So it’s only a 55% match bonus.

Now if you want to get the full $100 bonus, you must deposit $250. You will get the $25 instant bonus and if you lose all $250 deposit, you will get the 30% cash back = $75. So to get the full $100 bonus you must deposit $250 meaning that its only a 40% match bonus in this case.

I feel sorry for any newbie’s that don’t read the t&c and get stung by this misleading bonus.

I've checked the terms, and you are correct. (This is a recent change).
    That is blatant false advertising!
Isn't this a breach of the Accredited Status requirements at CM?
I am distraught that what was the best casino on the net pre-2006 has sunk to these levels.

That's almost as bad as Win-a-Day casino who say they will give you a 200% MATCH of up to $500 - but when you read the detail you actually have to deposit $1,250 to get $500 in bonuses...

I will be having stern words with the reps of both these places when I see them at LAC at the end of this month.

    100% Welcome Bonus - Slots
Get 100% Extra - up to $225 on your First Deposit at InterCasino.

Here's what you need to do to get your 100% Welcome Bonus right now:

1.Download the casino software and register a "Play for Real" account (click here to download and register an account)
2.Visit the Cashier in the casino software and enter the Bonus Code WSLJAN into the box provided
    3.Click Apply Bonus Code
4.Make a SINGLE deposit (minimum deposit of $10)
5.Exit the Cashier and Refresh your balance by clicking on Refresh in the bottom right window of the casino.
6.You will receive 100% Extra - up to $225 of your initial Deposit!
7.You are required to wager your deposit and bonus amount 12 times before you may withdraw your initial deposit, bonus and any winnings (NOTE: If you deposit $250, you will be able to withdraw $25. Only the qualifying deposit for the bonus will be held)
    11. To qualify for the match deposit bonus you must make a single lump sum deposit in one transaction of $25 or more. This cannot be done over a number transactions ie.$5 deposit,$10 deposit,$10 deposit as this will not qualify you for the 100% match deposit.
Seems a straightforward match bonus to me, 100% - 25-225 range.
Or am I missing something? (The term I have underlined)
Most casinos will give you examples in their T&C's, unfortunatly the only example given here is the "If you deposit $250".

If you check under "cards" instead you still will find this:

You will now receive 25% of your bonus up front ($25) e.g. if you deposit $100 or more, you will receive an extra $25 on top of your deposit!
The other 75% of your bonus will be paid on 29th January on any losses you incur between the date you claim this promotion and midnight EST on 28th January. Losses are calculated as 30% of money lost in the casino minus any promotion money given to you during this period (up to a maximum of 75% of your qualifying deposit for this promotion). Note this 75% will not be paid on winnings.
In order to qualify for the final 75% of your bonus and be able to withdraw your deposit and bonus money, you must have wager 60 times the amount you deposited on any combination of these games before midnight EST on 28th January

So the 100% welcome bonus is for slots only then. You are quite right the claim that it is also 100% for cards is incorrect. So it is possible to get 100% bonus, providing you use the slots code and play slots only.

Clearly misleading and falsely advertised on the promotion page.

I don`t think Intercasino know about these confusing terms. They have updated the terms for slots but maybe forgot about the cards.

I hope this is the case, other wise they hope that people will misunderstand and earn money that way.

It is very important to understand the bonuses stay active in your account even after you bust out if you don't meet the wagering. This will drop off after three months.

I've yet to make playthrough on any bonus at Intercasino, and I wait until the wagering drops before trying them again.

I used to make profit in at least 6-months of each year back when the WR was only Bx18, most card games counted at 100% and the WR didn't roll-over.

Thanks for pointing out this issue on our site. Firstly you are correct in identifying that the title copy for our “Welcome cards bonus” on the website is incorrect. A 100% bonus on slots is correct but as pointed out in the posts above this is not actually the case for the card bonus.

This was overlooked when the new welcome bonuses were introduced to the site and the copy should have been changed from “100% welcome bonus” on cards to “Up to $100 welcome bonus” on cards.

The terms and conditions do spell out clearly how this bonus works but you are correct that the title is misleading. We have prioritized changing this as a matter of urgency and again can only apologise for this mistake. This is a case of human error rather than any concerted effort to mislead and again we can only apologise for the error and thank you all for bringing this to our attention.
